Completely recently furnished apartment with a separate entrance on the ground floor of a detached villa by the sea.
# PRICE: The advertised rental price includes rent and utilities except the mandatory final cleaning 60 Euro. The final cleaning and the deposit of 140 Euro will be paid cash on arrival to our caretaker, the deposit will be refunded upon departure.
# The apartment is ideally furnished for 4 people, but it can be used by up to 6 people. A well behaved dog is allowed. Costs: 60 Euro per week (minimum fee). Bed linen is available, please bring your own dishes and towels. If you miss something about the equipment - contact us, we will try to organize it for you. For a small fee our caretaker will do the first shopping for you.
# The house is completely fenced and has 2 flats. The apartment on the first floor is used only sporadically by the owners during the off-season. The use of the upper terrace and the roof terrace with a fantastic sea view is permitted in the absence of the owners.
# The house is located west of Valras-Plage. A wide sandy beach is right on the doorstep - just a few steps away. Within the season, shops, restaurants and bars are about 200 meters away. To the city they walk a good 20 minutes by foot, there you will find more shops and several restaurants and bars in the off-season. During the high season of July-August, the apartment is ideal for families with children & teenagers. In the off-season is the apartment ideal for people who want to enjoy tranquillity, beautiful weather, long walks on the beach, bike or boat trips on the Canal du Midi, well-maintained excursions and good food in authentic Southern France.
# Valras-Plage is a charming, old-fashioned fishermens’ and holiday village. Beautiful destinations await you - nearby are Canal du Midi, the medieval city of Béziers, oyster farms on the Etang de Thau, numerous picturesque villages, caves and wineries. For day trips you can visit the famous castle of Carcassonne (90 km), the lively student city of Montpellier (70 km), the Catalan town of Perpignan at the foot of the Pyrenees (100 km), wildlife safari in Sigean (50 km) or Camargue Natural Park (140 km) ,
# Info Season 2020: The roof terrace will be renovated, the date of completion follows. The terrace upstairs with beautiful sea view may continue to be used in the absence of the owners.
