This typical cubic house has been recently restored for your comfort.
It is ideally located in the picturesque heart of the historic center of Olhao, a few meters from the seafront, the fish and fruit and vegetable markets and all the restaurants, but in a quiet location in the small traditional cobbled streets.
The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 160 bed in R of CH and 1 140 bed and 1 in 90 on the 1st floor, 2 bathrooms with shower or bath, a bathroom with washing machine; a fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, a terrace for meals with barbecue. Although these old houses are naturally insulated, double glazing and reversible air conditioning will be a + for your comfort. A furnished roof terrace, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach and enjoying the view of the Ria Formosa. Television and WIFI internet access installed. Sheets, linens and towels provided, in a word all the comforts of a real guest house.
In addition, no need for a car to shop, eat at the restaurant and go to the beach on the beautiful islands of Culatra, Farol and Armona with the ferry 5 minutes away.
