Lake Geneva Villa With Incredible View & Jaccuzi

Enjoy an unforgettable stay on Lake Geneva. A beautiful property set in the most remote and natural setting, a short drive from Lausanne, Montreux (Switzerland) or Evian (France). The most beautiful unhindered view of the lake from almost every window, the beach a 5 min walk, mountain hikes from the house, a stream of clear mountain water running in the yard, and all the comfort you can imagine. This is our magical hideaway, we come often so our personal belongings remain in the house.
Please note that in the wintertime, the Jaccuzi may not be available due to the environmental cost of heating such a large basin. Please contact us prior to booking to check its availability.
Also please note that while our house can accommodate up to 10 people, it is a family-oriented rental and is not adapted to 10 adults.

The best family home you can dream about. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is really quiet, you got amazing views from every floor and the house is perfect in size and shape. You have games and toys everywhere, the jacuzzi fits 6 adults and 3 kids without feeling crowded and so does the trampoline (for kids in their 30's). The lake is a 5mn walk down the road. As a family home it has its flaws, there's no tv, the wifi is not the fastest one, windows and doors have to be treated with respect due to their age, but you have fully working amenities, all the kitchen accessories you need, a good size barbecue and all the necessary linens. The owners welcomed us upon arrival to show us around and were easily reachable in case of any problem. It has been one of our best family vacation in years!

Great for family

The house was perfect for our family’s stay. The beautiful views outside made it very relaxing to stay in. The host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or recommendations we needed.

Access to the property is best done by car, an easy 30 min drive from Montreux (Switzerland - visible across the lake from the house), Evian (France) 20 minutes, Ski stations 20 minutes (Thollon-les-mémises, Bernex), Lausanne (Switzerland) 45 minutes.
The house is located on the outskirts of a tiny village, with a bike path leading to bakery, train station (trains to all locations in Switzerland, and to Italy), restaurants, and other activities (3km away).

What makes this property unique

Set in beautiful pristine nature, not far away from all amenities but just far enough to be quiet, peaceful, and hear the stream of water running through the yard (same water as is bottled up in Evian!). You can hike into the mountains straight from the house, walking as far as Evian or the Month Blanc if you'd like!
