4 beds 2 baths 1,834 sqft open kitchen floor plan with view of the pool. Great room sliding doors to the lanai . Privacy wall around the pool area. Gas Fire-pits one in the front and one in the back porch. Great neighborhood, steps away from Koza Saldino Park baseball field and children’s playground.Walking distance to stores , gym ,salons,restaurants ,cafe and more The Towers Plaza in Santa barbara blvd. We are just 20 miles from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, RSW Airport and approximatly 30 miles from Punta Gorda airport.

We loved the house. The backyard had everything we needed. There were so many comfortable options for seating whether we were eating, relaxing, playing cards or reading. Maria was so wonderful to work with. She was responsive and so caring to make sure we enjoyed our time. When we went for walks we were so impressed with how friendly the neighborhood was - waving or saying hello. We will definitely stay again.

Great for Families

This is a great place to stay with a large family. We had 9 people in the house and it worked out great. Having the heated pool in the backyard was key and the fire pit was wonderful in the evening. Having a bunch of stores up the street was terrific too you can get what you needed quickly. There is more space than the pictures show so we never felt crowded. Everything was clean and neat all linens and towels were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are 2 large refrigerators and one small one in the back. There is a canal close by to do some fishing as well. Maria was great. We booked this property 6 months out and Maria was very responsive and communicative the whole time even on the day of check out. The check-in process was very easy. We would stay here again! Thanks Maria!

Home away from home.

Ms Maria was wonderful with me and good communication all the time and very humble. Her home was home away from home. The space in the home is comfortable my granddaughters had the time of there life. Beautiful
