This property was top notch! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and beach towels were provided, the pool was heated perfectly, the home is decorated beautifully and they had it stocked with almost any cookware we would need to cook with during our stay. This property is also located close to so many fantastic restaurants! I would highly recommend this property for a fantastic family vacation in beautiful Cape Coral!

This rental was top notch from the host being welcoming and informative to the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Inside and out the cleanliness was fantastic! Great view quiet area

This was a good house with a great view and in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the pool and the outdoor space for dining. Close to Yacht Club and convenient to get to other parts of Cape Coral.

Beautiful view of canal off back doors, house was very clean and tidy.

Location was good to go for dinner, shopping the beach and fishing. Nice quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice and well maintained. Patio area was very nice and enjoyable to sit out side and visit.

A warm getaway to Cape Coral

After a long cold winter in the Northeast, we needed a warm getaway. This house provided just that. The house is well maintained, clean and decorated very nicely. The heated pool was the perfect temperature. Access to the canals provided great views and some fishing opportunities. A dolphin even stopped in one night to greet us! The location is great for hitting all major site seeing locations. The Hosts was responsive and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

Wow. This was even better than the listing shows! Up until this weekend, I have never encountered a stay that has exceeded my expectations. This one did. The house is spacious, immaculate, and all the comforts thought of for guests. The beds are big, and comfortable. There are plenty of towels both for bath and pool. The pool is bigger than it looks as is the lanai, as is the kitchen and living areas!Every question we had was answered quickly by the host. Cannot wait to return!!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the property! Owner was responsive and courteous from booking to checkout. The property is very well maintained and cleanly. Great home base for us as we went to Fort Myers Beach, Hammond Stadium, Sanibel & Captiva. The neighborhood felt safe and secure. The back yard was so relaxing each day-love the pool & poolside. We appreciated the extra amenities at the property to make this feel like home for our vacation. There is clear signage throughout the home for instructions. We appreciated the mobile app for the property & surrounding area. We can't wait to return again to soak up more sun, Spring training baseball & beaches. We are overall quite picky in travel arrangements and honestly cannot recommend this enough. Thank you for being a part of our memories! The Carlsons

Bugs

Ant, millipede and roach infested home. Slow drains, clogged toilet, lots of burned out or non working lights, very dusty, dirty countertops, leaking roof over outside bar, broken chair leg, 4 burner grill with only two working burners, poor drainage around pool deck ( always standing water), ping pong table with no net paddles or balls .

What a shame to receive such a review. The toilet was clogged because the guests clogged the toilet. The house was deep cleaned, new dishwasher installed, the entire exterior was all pressure washed, lanai and dock area have a fresh coat of paint, quarterly pest service was completed, all lights and bulbs are and were in working order (and many other items not listed) were all completed prior to these guests arrival. The Riviera Delphin is a truly smashing house as you can see from all of our 30+ 5 star glowing reviews! The burners to the grill also work just fine. We were never notified about the ping pong paddles, broken chair leg, and other items listed from this guest which is always a bummer as we could have easily fixed these “issues” in a heartbeat. At least it wasn’t too bad considering if it were a “roach and bug-infested house” we’re surprised it was still given a 3-star? 😊� We live close by and are always readily available to help our guests have a great stay and most importantly have a great experience!

Beautiful Cape Coral Yacht Club area!

A brief vacation in Feb to visit family and enjoy some down time. Property was in a wonderful location ~ we were able to enjoy yoga, fishing, Pine Island, Tiki Bar restaurant, and breathtaking sunsets. The accommodations were nicely decorated. The pool and deck were relaxing. One of the bikes that were mentioned in the listing had a flat. We attempted to contact the agent to see if there might be a pump ~ but didn't hear back. We purchased a new tube and fixed the bike, but by the time all was settled we never had a chance to ride :/ The biggest issue were all the ants in the kitchen - in the dishwasher, sink, cabinets, garbage can area - which made it impossible to feel comfortable cooking or eating in the house. I notified the agent, once again, but never heard back until we checked out. :(

Thank you for your review! The bicycles that are mentioned in the advertisement are for rental bicycles and the ones that were provided at the house were a bonus/free to use. As far as ants go, we have had the property pest control out and serviced. (You can see other recent reviews on Airbnb for instance of other guests who have stayed without any issues or ants/bugs) If guests leave food out even on kitchen counters, crumbs or dirty dishes, doors open, uncleaned greasy grills etc. unfortunately, this will attract ants/bugs and other insects. We do our absolute best to maintain our properties and have even sent out our pest control yet again to treat for ants to ensure they are not present.

Peaceful – relaxing – breath of fresh air

You will feel like you’re on vacation the minute you step foot inside the home. Beautifully decorated and very accommodating, you don’t even have to leave the house. Renee, our host was absolutely amazing. We look forward to visiting the area and renting from Renee again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Riviera Delphin. The kitchen was fully stocked, the garage was filled with plenty of fun activities and the pool was fantastic. Pro tips: Grab some cheese and crackers and bike to the Yacht Club area to watch the sunsets. Or better yet, grab a glass of bubbles and watch it from the loungechairs on the waterside deck. Nice location - close to entertainment, grocery stores and 20 min to Ft. Myers Beach. We would rent again.

Great property in amazing location !

We traveled as a family of 3 adults and 2 young kids in April 2022. We had an amazing time at Riviera Delphin. The neighborhood is peaceful, beautiful and right on the river. The house has all the amenities you want -- including pool floats, beach toys, beach chairs & umbrellas (which saved us a ton of money), clean towels, bikes for adults, pingpong table. Even though there are lots of things to do in the area, we spent a great deal of time in the house itself mainly because of the pool ! That is definitely the best part of the house !! We also rented Kayaks easily and docked them at back of the house. You can also fish if you want -- we saw our neighbors catch a Sting Ray ! This is not the best house by any means, it is old and the owners are looking to sell it. But the overall experience makes up for any shortcomings. Special shout out to Renee and team (the property managers) who are very responsive, helpful and made sure we had an awesome trip :-)

Fantastic House and Location

Our family of 4 adults loved this house! Stayed Xmas week and the heated pool was warm enough to use each day. Saw dolphin feeding and caught fish in the canal behind the house, walked to local beach and restaurant, rented kayaks and used them from the backyard. Extremely clean and well appointed. So nice to open the sliding doors and listen to the pool’s rain chain feature. Great base for day trips to Sanibel, Captiva, Ft. Myers. Owners are super responsive. Highly recommend!

Amazing Vacation!!!

We saw the online listing for Riviera Delphin, and loved the size of the house, and the amenities listed, and booked it right away. We have had prior experiences where the pictures posted online were much better than the facility, but this was NOT the case here!! We were blown away by how beautiful the home was in person and the location inside the yacht club was wonderful!! It was so peaceful and serene, and we did not want to leave!!! We will definitely be looking at a return visit in the future!! Thank you Renee and Brian for a wonderful stay, and for answering questions that we had!!!

Great house!

This house was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time in the pool and it was so clean and had a great temperature. We rented a boat for a few days and the location of this house is perfect for getting right out into the open water! Hosts communication was great! I would recommend this house to those visiting the area!

Great place centrally located and short drive to other areas and better place to not go anywhere!

Impressive from the time we walked in. They had music playing and lights on to set the mood for relaxation. We were able to make short drives and visit friends at Ft Myers, Pine Island and surrounding areas. A few days we did not even leave the house. We stayed at the home and enjoyed the pool and bar area next to the pool. Short walks to the beach, Boat House and Tiki Bar for dinner. They had everything we looked for including phone chargers, cooking utensils, laundry and relaxing around the pool. Simple and sensible rules and instructions on what to do and not to do when checking in and out. Sunsets every night down the Canal. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great Communication!

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral and loved this property. The property management team was excellent, specifically Renee. We had a storm hit while we were there and it called for some attention on the home the next day. Renee and her team not only answered the phone at 6am, but had everything perfectly settled by the time we got back from the beach! Their communication was fantastic, and the main reason I feel inclined to leave a review on this house. You're in great hands if you choose this property.

Perfect getaway

We loved this rental! It’s on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. The canal access in the back makes it easy to get out onto the water. Communicating with the host was easy, and Rachel promptly answered any questions I had. We’ll definitely rent again!

Spring break

Beautifully decorated house and very clean. Very nice setup for a family with 3 older teenagers. The pool with the outdoor bar setup was great for spending all day at the house. Renee set up the kayak rental so they were there for our arrival. That was a lot of fun too. Also, the oldest child still had virtual classes with college and the WiFi worked perfectly.
