BRAND NEW in January 2019 with georgeous views of the marsh and the ocean!

This six bedroom, six and a half bath home is the perfect get away located on a quiet cul-de-sac directly on the marsh. Enjoy the marsh, intercoastal, and ocean views from the living spaces, bedrooms, and deck areas or relax at the pool (heated for $100 for the first day and $50 per day after that with a minimum of 3 days if heating is requested) and enjoy the views from the tiki bar.

This home is only about 450 feet from a beach access.

Inside, enjoy 3,200 square feet of spacious living along with another 1,100 square feet of comfortable deck space equipped with seating and eating areas. You may enjoy dinner or watching your favorite show on the screened in porch with an outdoor TV or you may enjoy the beach area in the back yard which also overlooks the marsh.

This home is large and has a well equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating with stools, and a dining area that seats 12. The living area is equipped with a 65” flat screen TV, a fireplace, unbelievable views, and is open concept with the kitchen.

There is also a second living area downstairs which also includes a TV, a bar area, and room for games.

All bedrooms are equipped with brand new beds, bathrooms, and TVs.

Other amenities included in this breathtaking home are full bathrooms in each of the bedrooms, hard wood floors throughout with ceramic and marble tile in bathrooms, dishes, silverware, drink ware, 2 full size washers and dryers, stunning decorations, outside shower, and outside living areas with a grill. The bunk room sleeps 10 with 4 queen sized bunks and 2 trundles.

We have stayed at OIB more than 10 years and this is the best property for our family of 19! I do recommend a golf cart which gives a better experience when exploring the island.

Ideal for a Large Group

This spacious home is ideal for a large group. Since we cook in, we were particularly impressed with the double refrigerators and the well stocked kitchen. The pool/entertainment area allows everyone to spread out. Lastly, the view of the marsh is lovely and the short walk to the beach is definitely a plus.

Perfect Beach Vacation Home!

Beautiful home with gorgeous view of sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for all with comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. We had a great week and hope to return next summer!

Beautiful view close to the beach

This property has everything you’d need for your stay. The view from the balcony is very pretty and relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with a double fridge/freezer. It was extremely easy to get the beach. Very walkable even with small kids.

Great Family Vaca

This was our second year staying at this house and it is perfect for our large family. It has a great layout with plenty of space and every appliance you can think of including 2 refrigerators. The pool is a nice bonus and the view is beautiful. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. We hope to be back next summer!

Phenomenal house. Extremely well equipped. Gorgeous decorations in each room and fabulous views. Bathrooms in every bedroom, which is amazing. The only issue we had was the kids bunk room being hot and the home not including linens (but they do have it on the description, so it wasn’t a surprise). I didn’t get the original check in email, but the owners were quick to respond with the information.

The perfect house!

We absolutely loved this house. From the wrap around porches to the plentiful outdoor seating, our crew had the best time soaking in the marsh views, watching sunsets and playing games on the little beach behind the home. We had five families stay, and had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was short and easy and we really enjoyed the swimming pool too (we loved that it was separately gated with babies/kids around). This house is so perfect, if you book, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back OIB!!!

We would stay here again… amazing property in a great location. A few things could have been cleaned better (bunk room mattress covers had pee stains on them and the area around the mattresses had all sorts of hairs and such… which is pretty nasty. Overall the cleanliness was just OK. That was the only downside to the property.

Exceptional Retreat!

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! The decor was amazing...truly out of a magazine. Each space so well thought out. Bedrooms were lovely and the queen bunk room was a huge hit. The view of the marsh was panoramic and perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the comfy lounge chairs and tiki bar! The walk to the beach is short and enjoyable. All in all, we felt like we had our own, private resort all week. We will certainly be back again!

From the time we got to Ocean Isle and 4 Chadbourn, we had a fantastic time. Weather was good, house was great and the proximity to the ocean was awesome. The only thing that needed fixing was the safety bar when entering pool. It is a safety hazard that should be taken care of immediately.

Amazing!

This property was perfect for us and our wedding party to stay at. We enjoyed having the master on the top floor and our guests on the second. The view, the short walk to the beach & pool were great. When we arrived, the property was immaculate and smelled so clean. Everyone was impressed with the house and we definitely got use of the decks and view. We cannot wait to book another trip here with our friends and family, I don’t think I would stay anywhere else on the island we were that impressed! Some great memories were definitely made & we can’t wait to make many more at OIB!

Gorgeous beach house!

This house far exceeded our expectations, the furnishings are beautiful and all the amenities were absolutely incredible. We gave a large extended family and everyone was able to come and enjoy the week and not feel cramped. The porches, private beach, and pool were so enjoyable for the adults and kids. The kitchen is well stocked for large get togethers and the double fridges were a huge plus. The house also has a large array of beautiful art work that we all enjoyed. This was also our first time at Ocean Isle and we love the small community beach vibe. We hope we can return for many more years!

Gorgeous Home!

Beautiful views and a short walk to the beach! This home was perfect for our large group (11 adults and 7 kids). We loved having a pool and also being so close to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was nice to have the large walk in pantry and two refrigerators. The sunrises and sunsets viewed from the porch were amazing, and it was so nice to have the privacy and quiet on the marsh. We saw deer almost every morning. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely love to go back to this house again!
