House in small mountain village near Peyragudes / Superbagnères / Luchon

In a small typical Haut-Larboust village, quiet away from traffic but still accessible, at an altitude of 1250 m, on the sunny side of the valley, near the ski resorts (Peyragudes 7 min; Superbagnères 15 min), Luchon and its thermal baths (15 min), the village of Loudenvielle and its renowned spa center Balnéa (less than 20 min). Near Lake Oô, many hikes from the village, near Spain.
Large old stone village house recently renovated over 120 m2, spread over 3 levels.
Very comfortable house for 9 people, central heating and oil-fired hot water, internet access, wi-fi, large gas BBQ.
Ground floor: entrance with airlock; living room living room (3-seater convertible sofa with two beds and 3 ottomans) dining room with large closed hearth fireplace for outbreaks and heating, Sony micro hi-fi system (radio, CD, mp3, aux and USB socket, bluetooth); open equipped kitchen (LV, oven, induction hob + gas, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliances); toilet and shower room; large garage for storage with oil boiler for central heating and hot water.
On the 1st floor: a TV lounge area with DVD player with a 2 seater sofa (extra bed 1.5 seater 190 x 120) and armchair; a large bathroom with two sinks, bathtub AND shower; Separate WC; 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with 200 x 140 bed and baby bed, chest of drawers for storage and access to large balcony, private covered terrace with two sun loungers; 3-seater bedroom with double bed 190 x 140 and single bed 190 x 90 and large closet; and small bedroom with 1.5 place bed 190 x 120 and cupboard.
On the 2nd floor large dormitory - attic games room with 3 single beds 190 x90 and closet (two folding beds available in closet).
The house also has a small flat garden with garden furniture (table, 8 chairs, 2 parasols, 4 sun loungers). The garden is located 10 m from the house.
It also has a large garage for storing equipment (bikes, skis ...) with shoe dryer and reserve of firewood (included in the rental). Also available in the garage is a large Weber brand BBQ-Plancha, gas, mounted on a trolley on wheels. We also leave two toboggans available.
The house is very comfortable for 9 people but has 14 adult beds if necessary (or even 16 by squeezing into 2 120 beds) in all (convertible, folding beds ...), plus the cot.
For the little ones, there are available, in addition to the cot: a changing mat, a chamber pot and a high chair.
