Every family member will enjoy what this condo has to offer. At the end of a day of skiing or snowboarding at Breckenridge, there's nothing better than being able to say, 'I'll meet you back at the condo,' and being able to ski right in. Ski back to the condo on the groomed 4 o'clock ski run. Choosing a condo with this Ski-in flexibility allows every family member to ski as long or as little as they like each day.
To start your day of skiing, simply walk 100 yards to the Snowflake Lift located on 4 o'clock road. You can also ski the rest of the way down 4 o'clock ski run and walk to the new Breckenridge Gondola.
At the end of a day of skiing, the on-site outdoor Hot Tub is a great way to relax. We have sleds in every shape and size for the kids to use. Main Street Breckenridge is a surprisingly short walk away, allowing you to leave the car in the parking lot, and walk to dozens of great restaurants and bars. There's also great shopping in town and the stores stay open late. Guests at Double Eagle also have free access to the Upper Village Pool which is covered in the winter time, heated, has restrooms & showers and is about 200 yards from the condo (walk or drive).
This updated condo has new kitchen appliances, renovated bathrooms, new carpet, new furniture, and new bedding and furnishings. It is a great choice for two families, offering two bedrooms with a Queen Bed in each, a third bedroom with a Captain's Bunk for the kids (a full size bed on the bottom with a single bunk bed above it), and a loft with two single beds for the kids as well. The loft is accessed by a ladder and is a great 'hideaway' for the kids. Recommended Maximum sleeping arrangements for a comfortable stay: Bedroom #1: 2 adults, Bedroom #2: 2 adults, Bedroom #3: 2 adults or 3 kids, Loft: 2 kids in the 2 single beds in the loft (loft is best for kids due to the ladder access).
The unit has vaulted ceilings and humidifiers in every bedroom. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a nice gas fireplace and a wrap-around balcony with chairs.
Lastly, know that we take your vacation seriously. Know that we have experience renting out our condo, we've been listed on VRBO since 2007 and have had over 300 VRBO bookings since then. Read our reviews and be assured that you'll have a great stay in this condo.
We have a 4 night minimum for Holiday Weekends: Thanksgiving and Martin Luther King.

The location was excellent. The accommodations were well appointed. The host was communicative and helpful. Everyone in our group enjoyed the condo and agreed we’d rent it again.
This is the perfect location to the Snowflake Chair lift and Downtown. The condo was clean, the wrap around balcony was amazing! I will definitely stay here again!
The host was very responsive both prior to and during our stay. The property is an excellent condition with comfortable beds and very clear instructions both prior to arriving as well as with thoughtful notes throughout the unit on how to operate appliances, etc. The unit is a very short walk to the snowflake lift and next to charter sports rentals and it was great to be able to ski right to the unit at the end of the day.
Eric was an amazing host. The condo was just as advertised and deceivingly roomy with 6 bed spaces. The location to the Snowflake lift and 4 O’Clock run made it essentially ski in ski out since we could store our skis at the ski shop at the snowflake lift. If we had any questions, Eric responded almost immediately. 10 out of 10!!!
Wonderful communication from the start, to include thorough check in instructions and tips for easing our stay. The condo was immaculate, well appointed, roomy, and super close to town. There's a beautiful walking path, nature abound, and we didn't need our car for anything, short of our off road adventures. The supermarket isn't overpriced and there are some really great places to eat in town. Our trip for our son's 21st was so memorable--thank you!
Everyone liked the property. It has a wrap around deck. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There is a hot tub that you can see from the deck. It is a four minute walk to the lift and you can ski into the parking lot. We were advised to rent equipment from a company across the street from the chairlift. It was perfect because we could store our skis and boots there and do the short walk to and from the condo in comfortable footwear. The walk to town was very short and we had lots of choices of places to eat and drink. I would highly recommend this location and the property management that supplied us with thorough and useful information. Thanks!!!
This was a perfect location. ski in, one block to Snowflake, with 8 minute walk to main st, made the location truly perfect for Breckenridge ski vacation. Overall the condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our time and would highly recommend!
This condo is easy access to lift and ski back to condo at end of day. Fully equipped with everything you need! This is our second time staying in this condo and will be back again!

Why they chose this property
The first time we ever skied 'out west' was at Breckenridge back in the '90's. Since then we've lived and worked in Breckenridge and love sharing the ski vacation experience with others, whether it's their first ski trip 'out west' or they are returning for another great vacation at one of America's best ski-mountain/ski-towns.
What makes this property unique
Some condos are close to Town, yet far from the Lift. Others are close to the Lift, yet far from Town. This condo offers the best of both worlds by being close to the Snowflake Lift (100 yards) and close to Main Street (300 yards). The Four O'Clock ski run offers the convenience of being able to ski home for lunch, and at the end of the day, without having to ride any buses or take any long walks after a long day of skiing. The hot tub onsite helps the sore muscles!
