In Solana Beach & Tennis Club, this second floor partial oceanview condo has everything you could ever want. Our spacious 1,267 sq. ft. condo has just been completely remodeled with hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms. Kitchen has Quartzite counter tops, farmhouse sink, 6 burner gas range. Bar area with wine/beverage refrigerator. Living room has Heat & Glow fireplace. Large balcony with Teak table and chairs and Gas BBQ. Master bathroom has double vanity with glass sinks and walk in marble shower. Guest bathroom has vessel sink and tub/shower. Ceiling fans in every room and washer and dryer in unit. There are 2 covered parking spaces and an elevator to the second floor. Free WiFi and HD TV, hair dryers in each bathroom. Situated on a bluff, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this gated complex offers a pool, 6 tennis courts, jacuzzi and beach access.

Just minutes from the Del Mar Racetrack, Cedros Design District and great restaurants. The Coaster train is within walking distance, so you can be in downtown San Diego in no time.

Great location and accommodations. Nice bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Two comfortable balconies; one with beach visibility. Easy beach access. Enjoyed the continuous sound of the beach. (Also, great tennis facility, but we didn’t use.)

Perfect escape from the heat

We just returned from a month stay and have no complaints. Property was exactly as described. Restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to freeways, everything we needed was in close proximity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Great family condo!

The property was ideally located just steps from the beach and minutes from restaurants and shopping. The unit was spacious and very well stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation. We enjoyed beach and tennis time and appreciated having everything we needed to play in the sun. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful for our week long stay

Great location

The condo was in very good shape. Had almost everything you would need for vacation. Communication was great. Plumbing had some issues and there is no air conditioning.

Pretty property

My family stayed for a month here. We loved the location and the facilities. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The unit was clean and exceptionally well stocked with paper goods, spices and beach gear. The living area was comfortable and the view of the beach although obstructed is nice, as is the garden area below. The beach is just down a flight of stairs and not crowded. My son loved the gym across the street.

Great location with all the amenities

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the convenience of the location, which was easily accessible by car to various hiking trails, neighboring beach towns, shopping, etc. We enjoyed walking to several restaurants nearby. The tennis courts were well-maintained and the pool was nice as well. The unit is well-stocked and comfortable. While the sunset/ocean could only be partially seen from the unit, it's steps away from a wonderful, full view from the property. Beach access was excellent; just be ready to walk down 115 steps to get to it.

Great place to stay west of 101

Check in was easy, as access to parking and condo were by keypads. The unit was clean and well laid out, kitchen was user friendly, and the furniture and bedding very comfortable. We could hear the surf, but not really oceanfront. However, it was a 2 minute walk to the cliffside with fantastic views. The owners were gracious to let us stay an extra night when our Southwest flights were cancelled at the last minute during the Christmas debacle. This is an excellent place to stay for a Solana Beach visit.

Awesome Location!

First . . I just want to say Denise was so easy to work with! We were trying to coordinate a family trip and dates kept changing and she was so accommodating! The location was perfect for us! Easy walk to most everything! The beach is just beautiful . . . the kids loved it and it wasn't crowded! The on-site pool was a great way to end the day and Dad especially liked the Jacuzzi! The kids enjoyed their own room while Mom and Dad had a super comfy KING size bed all to themselves! We can't wait to come back!

Simply fantastic

The space was a lot bigger than we thought. It was also very well stocked. Usually, I have to bring my own knives, pots, spices etc but they had everything. The location is amazing and the sunset view from the balcony was an added bonus. Also, the communication with the owner was great. We look forward to staying here again.

Amazing beach, great location, ok property

Denise was great, the photos are accurate, and the ocean view is better than the photos let on. We had a snafu during check-in but that was likely a one-off, so not worth mentioning here. The beach is spectacular, and the community is very nice - it's quiet, the pool is great, tennis courts also nice. The only issue we had with the property is it is extremely musty / moldy smelling - and probably has had furry guests in the past. My wife and kids were fine - and I'm not an extremely allergic person - I take antihistamines a few times a year as needed - but I was basically paralyzed with allergies - it was miserable. If you've ever had to take Claratin in your life - I would think hard whether this is the right property for you.

Yes, we found out someone brought a dog in. We have had the sofa cleaned and have since bought a new carpet. No complaints in the last 2 years.

This is our third year renting this condo. We like the complex and the unit very much. The really good news is that the tree blocking the ocean view has been cut way down and the the view is back in all its beauty. January 2012

GREAT LOCATION! VERY QUIET AND RELAXING!

We stayed here for two weeks in August 2011. This place has everything you need, full size fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, beach toys, bbq grill, etc. Just bring your bathing suit and food! Love, love, love it! Only one thing would make it better and that would be the elimination of the tree which blocks the ocean view. You can hear the ocean and you can see it a tiny bit from the deck. This is the ONLY negative, if there is one,for this place. You can walk to EVERYTHING! Dining, racetrack and fairgrounds, shopping, etc. VERY CLEAN AND NICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We will stay again!
