Oceanfront Beach Cottage with private yard, and 50 yards too the sand

Large, comfortable, clean, beach cottage.
This is a single family home, no shared space., with a small garage, and parking area attached to the house. We are located across the Street from Tamarack Beach.
The price quoted is for a family of 4, the 5th and 6th person will be an extra charge. The coaster train is a great way to travel to downtown, or other beach cities, also the horse races, or fair. It's walking distance to the station, or there's ample parking at the station. There's over 70 restaurants, and shops in the village, which is walking distance from the house. Farmers Market every Wednesday afternoon in the village.
If you are coming to see the flower fields, we are 1.5 miles away. They are usually open from March to Early May.

Beautiful view inside and outside of ocean, and sunsets. Easy access to the beach, which is a 2 minute walk, and few stairs, or ramp, and you're on the sand. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, enclosed patio for little ones safe yard for kids to play. Clean and convenient beach/coastal neighborhood. A grass front yard for enjoying the water views also. Ocean views from the front room, kitchen, and front bedroom. This is not a party house, but a family house. Carlsbad was voted one of the top family beaches in the U.S. Nice large kitchen with an eating area that seats 6. Outdoor patio with barbecue and table seats 6 also. Outdoor hot and cold shower. Full size washer/dryer, firepit, and barbecue, all with ocean view. Walk to the Village to have dinner and shop. Shop at the outlet mall 2 miles away, or large shopping mall 4 miles away. Legoland is less than 3 miles from the house. We provide sand chairs, umbrella's, beach towels, boogie boards, ice cooler, and a wagon for carrying it all.
