Lovely apartment with a new modern kitchen and bathroom. Easy drive to lifts or bus stop at bottom of driveway. Heating was lovely and the building nice and quiet. Will stay again.

Nice stay

The apartment is well traveled has all the bits and bobs you need in the kitchen, even though the kitchen is small, it works. Space for four people. Easy walk to the town center 20 minutes where you find ski/bicycle lifts and nightlife.

Great value, clean, well equipped and comfortable appartment

Perfect as a base for skiiing Morzine and Avoriaz. Excellent value and had everything we needed to self-cater for five people. Not much spare space with five occupants but well equipped, practical and comfortable and allowed us to cook, eat together and relax after full days of skiing. Host was very helpful and communications clear. Great holiday, many thanks.

Perfect practical apartment - excellent value

Perfect for taking my 16 year old son and 3 of his classmates for a skiing holiday less than half the price of his school trip last year.The kitchen is very well equipped with a full size cooker so cooking meals for 5 was easy. As a bonus, there's a fondue machine, raclette machine and a pierrade hot stone machine so we could experience Savoyard specialities.The sleeping was a little tight for 5 of us but we organised so that the early risers were on the fold up bed and the pull out sofa bed so once these were put away there was enough room for everyone. The apartment is about a mile out of town so having a car helps for fetching the baguettes and croissant in the morning but the shuttle buses worked really well and were very frequent and reliable.Host was very kind and reasonable and responded to all questions very promptly.

small dirty apartment with crazy landlord

Reserving the apartment was already a problem. I booked for a week but due to bad snow conditions I asked to narrow that down to 3 nights before my free cancellation ended. That was not possible. so I cancelled the reservation and booked a new reservation for the 3 nights which they accepted. Why was it not possible to just alter the number of nights? They tried to force an own made up rental contract (not through VRBO) down my throat which was with worse conditions then the booking through VRBO and against the rules of VRBO. So I refused to sign anything. Then I would get the code to the keybox the day I was supossed to check in. I never got it, I only got it in the morning of my arrival day, 4 hours before my actual arrival. Luckily I was close by in Switzerland and not my home country otherwise I would have just canceled my trip and claimed all costs I already made like ski pass and activities on them. Then the apartment which had a lot of long black hairs in various places (living room, bathroom, kitchen) and dirt in the bathroom, there was left over food in the kitchen cabinets and in the freezer and half a bottle of wine in a kitchen cabinet. Dishes were not all put away when I arrived. Crazy thing is I know the French try to squise as many beds in an apartment as they can but they advertise the apartment for 6 people max. Well if you have 6 people there there will be absolutely no room for the dining table. Where should you eat? Outside in the cold?

Bonsoir Madame, Nous ne comprenons pas votre commentaire et ne sommes pas d'accord avec ce dernier. Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir rester correcte et respectueuse même si votre location semble ne pas vous avoir convenu. Concernant le ménage, vous auriez pu nous contacter ou abritel une fois arrivé à l'appartement afin que nous fassions intervenir une femme de ménage, chose que nous avons déjà fait. Concernant le manque de neige, nous sommes désolé mais nous ne sommes pas responsable de la météo et nous louons un bien et non un état des pistes de ski. Nous avons néanmoins répondu favorablement à votre demande de réduire votre semaine a 3 jours, mais nous n'avons pas main mise sur les démarches de modification d'une réservation. Nous avons tout de même trouvé une solution puisque vous avez pu partir les 3 jours comme désiré. Concernant, le contrat comme déjà indiqué dans les échanges celui ci est obligatoire. Pour le code de la keybox, vous l'avez reçu avant votre arrivée comme indiqué dans le contrat. Aussi, concernant le nombre de couchage il est bien spécifié dans l'annonce que c'est un appartement pour 4 à 6 avec 2 lits d'appoint. Il a déjà été loué pour 6 et cela n'as jamais posé problème en terme de place. Cordialement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Le centre de Morzine se fait facilement a pied mais une navette passe juste a côté de l'appartement. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, nous étions 2 adultes, 3 enfants et un chien et nous nous sommes pas du tout senti a l'étroit. Le grand balcon abrité était très appréciable. Le propriétaire, disponible et très arrangeant. Un grand merci. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement.
