Facing Mont-Blanc, the old village of Montchavin (1250 m), with its narrow streets and its typical chalets and the village resort of Les Coches (1450 m) with slate roofs and traditional architecture. In winter, two areas are available to skiers from Montchavin-les Coches: La Plagne area (225 km of slopes from 1250 m to 3250 m above sea level), Paradiski area: huge area linked by the Vanoise cable car Express connecting La Plagne - Les Arcs (425 km of slopes from 1250 m to 3250 m above sea level).

The apartment is ideally located at the top of the Montchavin-les Coches station, just opposite the Lac Noir gondola. In the middle of the huge Paradiski ski area (les Arcs + La Plagne). Double exposure with 2 large balconies facing south and a 3rd east facing to enjoy the sun from morning to evening! Panoramic view !

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people (50 M2 + mezzanine 12 M2). 2 independent bedrooms with 140x200cm bed + mezzanine with 2 90x200cm beds. New bedding fitted with duvets and pillows (household linen not provided).

The kitchen is open to the dining room with a large table for 6/8 people.
The living area is equipped with a convertible sofa and an 80cm LED TV.

To facilitate your stay, we can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels, with the beds made on your arrival.

To facilitate your arrival, we offer rental from Sunday to Sunday, with the possibility of extending the Christmas week.

A large entertainment program is aimed at non-skiers: the Paradisio relaxation area, cinema, snowshoeing, excursions to discover heritage, evenings, slideshows, etc.
