Spacious, quiet, tree lined street located on the south side of Phoenix. Situated on the 18th Tee of The Ahwatukee Country Club, this southwest style, 1100 sq ft patio home has all flavor of The Sonoran Desert, yet 10 minutes from anything you could ever want. This in in a 55+ community and has use of the Ahwatukee Recreation Center which is 5 minutes away. There you can use either of the two pools, fitness center, library, pickle ball courts and any of the many social and cultural events.
The home has a expansive patio with 3 seating areas and an outdoor bar facing the golf course. Patio umbrella gives you shade on the patio. Gas grille for all your outdoor cooking needs.
The home has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed. The master bath has 2 separate vanities with a full length wall mirror. Spacious, walk in closet and newly renovated, glass shower enclosure.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a double closet. The second bath also has a walk in shower .
The living/dining area is a open concept with large glass dining table. New, flat screen TV with Air TV hookup. Open countertop into newly renovated kitchen with all appliances. Large pantry for food storage.
Attached garage has washer and dryer. Owners vehicle occupies the garage but there are 2 off street parking spaces.
The Phoenix airport is only 15 minutes away, but no airport noises. South Mountain (huge City Park) is 5 minutes away with numerous hiking and biking trails. Six golf courses within 15 minute drive. Two casinos and outlet mall are located within 15 minutes.
Cable TV and internet are included.

Great place!

The property was in a lovely location, and accurately described. We had all the things provided that we needed for our stay. The large patio was a bonus! The owners were easy to contact, and helpful in all ways. I would recommend this patio home stongly. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

We live in New Hampshire for 8 months of the year and spend 4 months in Arizona. We have 9 grandchildren with 6 of them in Arizona. We are both retired and love the Arizona weather for 4-5 months.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a place in Arizona close to both of our daughters and their families. This patio home has a lovely view of the 18th tee of the Ahwatukee Country Club and gorgeous sunsets every day. Very quiet street with very little traffic and is a tree covered street which is unique in Arizona.

What makes this property unique

The rental includes access to the Ahwatukee Recreation Center which has 2 large pools, a weight room ,pickle ball courts, library, craft shop, meeting rooms and numerous events every week.
