The house was our first house in Cape Town where our 2 children were born and grew up.We now live 1 kn away so know the are vey well and love it.
What makes this property unique
The house is situated in a perfect location,close to all our needs.It's in the greenest part of Cape Town with the least winds which is a huge factor as Cape Town is an incredibly windy city.
Its close to the mountain and has wonderful walks starting from the house.The sea,mountain shops are all within 15 minutes drive from the house.
