You will spend delicious holidays in this charming apartment in a private property of 2 apartments and 3 bungalows nestled in a tropical park with private swimming pool parking inside the property (closed). You will be seduced by the situation of good: close to the sea 3mn walk (handle of rocks) while being away from the excitement of downtown, but nevertheless less than 5 minutes drive from all shops and activities (golf, port, marina, nautical base, casino, airfield, ......).
Apartment MARACUJA ground floor of the villa, with a capacity of 5/6 people, it is composed of a living room / kitchen with a sofa bed, two air-conditioned rooms with a double bed in 140 with a mosquito net, and in the other a double bed 140cm with a mosquito net and a single bed 90, a bathroom with toilet and a terrace.

We were welcomed late in the evening with a smile, fruit, bread, drinks. The accomodation was clean with a good ac, which is needed. The swimmingpool is nice and warm. The host gives one a good feeling about the hospitality of Guadeloupe. A car is needed because it is not near anything. We love to come back at Acacia Maracudja.

Excellent stay with kids!

We stayed at residence Acacia for 4 nights with 3 boys aged 10 to 14. The pool was an awesome way to start off our daily adventure. Peter is an amazing host. On the night we arrived he greeted us, gave us a tour and had beautifully prepared supplies for breakfast for the next morning. It was lovely. The next morning he dropped by with fresh bananas that he picked off one of his trees. The apartment we stayed at was comfortable with a well thought out kitchen. I would definitely go back.

St. Francois review of Residence Acacia

Our host, Peter, was most accommodating. He even walked with us down to the beach so as to help us not get lost. The residence was very clean and tidy. Nice touch having some coffee and tea in our unit for us to enjoy. We would recommend this apt. for anyone wishing to stay in St. Francois!

Super séjour !!

Merci Hélène et Pierre pour votre hospitalité, nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux à la résidence. L'appartement est au calme, très confortable, avec tout le nécessaire, même chaise haute et lit parapluie. Le jardin est magnifique avec une jolie piscine et le carbet à côté est idéal pour l'apero !! La résidence est bien située, à 3 minutes en voiture du centre de St François et 10minutes de ste Anne. Nos hôtes sauront répondre à toutes vos questions et vous donner des conseils sur ce qu'il y a à voir et à faire en Guadeloupe. Bref super séjour, merci beaucoup à vous. Bonne continuation Élodie, Jonathan, Lucie et Valentin

Location parfaite!! Accueil très chaleureux; on recommande fortement.

On a été tres tres bien reçu à la résidence Acacia. Appartement propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Ils avaient meme mis en place un lit parapluie sans qu'on le demande car il savait que l'on venait avec un bébé (endroit parfait avec bébé qui a adoré le jardin). Le lieux est tres joli, grand jardin tres bien entretenu avec une piscine tres sympa à l'ombre des cocotiers. Le lieu est encore mieux que sur les photos. On y est au calme et en meme temps Saint François n'est qu'a 5mn en voiture et on a acces à pied à une tres jolie plage à moins de 10mn à pieds. Les belles plages de Saint Anne ne sont pas loin non plus à 10mn en voiture. Les propriétaires sont au petits soins et on se sent vraiment bien dans cette petite résidence! On y retournera pour sur si on retourne en Guadeloupe et on souhaite plein de réussite à ce gentil couple. Bref, adresse à retenir sans se poser de questions.

Merci infiniment pour votre commentaire. C'est avec plaisir que nous vous recevrons à nouveau à la résidence. En ayant grandi, votre enfant profitera même encore plus du jardin et de la piscine! D'ici là de nouveaux travaux seront réalisés ( nouveau portail, nouveaux stores,....) afin d'améliorer encore les prestations.

Très bon logement pour des super vacances en Guadeloupe

Très bon logement, très bon accueil des propriétaires. Tout le confort dont on a besoin en vacances. Piscine et jardin très joli. Plage de rêve à quelques minutes à pied. À recommander.
