It is not far from the beaches (30 minutes), airport (25 minutes) and Montpellier (20 minutes). The supermarket and all shops are 15 minutes. This lovely bright modern villa is located fully into a beautiful flower garden. In the living room, a very large bay window opens onto the main terrace overlooking the pool, a few steps below. A second picture window overlooks the terrace next to the bowling and table tennis.
The main room of 40m² has a kitchen with a large worktop, appliances and quality. The two 3 seater sofas can watch the flat-screen TV in comfort. For dinners, the table covered 6 solid wood. There is a small laundry room off the kitchen.
For your quiet nights, there is a master bedroom with a 160cm bed, shower and sink. The other two bedrooms have a 140cm bed, cupboards and a door window. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate toilet.
