The residence "Les Presidents" is located in the heart of the pine forest, a stone’s throw from the Ardilouse international golf course. Access to the pool is free for residents (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september). You will enjoy this pleasant semi detached house, about 75m² with 1 floor, south facing, for the reception of up to 6 people. The living room, serves as a living room- dining room (sofa bed allowing an occasional sleeping) it opens, through large windows, on a terrace with golf view. The kitchen area is open on the main room. On the ground floor a shower room, sink, independent WC and the first bedroom equipped with a double bed 180cm. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms equipped with twin beds on one side and a bed and a trundle bed on the other. A shower room. The large mezzanine serves as a TV lounge. You have a numbered car park. Your pet is welcome. Join the golf course and its restaurant at 500m, the beach, shops, surf schools at 3.5 km, the lake at about 3 km (REF 03068M). Pets are not allowed.
