The residence "Le Parc de la Dune" is located in the southern district of Lacanau, and offers access to the southern beaches by the bike path and pedestre path crossing the forest. You will appreciate this charming semi attached house, 75m² approximately, with private pool (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september), for the reception of 6 people maximum. A bright living room, with open-plan kitchen, opening onto a terrace with garden furniture, swimming pool and barbecue. Upstairs you will find a bedroom equipped with a double bed (160cm), two bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds each and also a bathroom with bathtub and basin. Independent toilet on the ground floor.The landscaped garden is fenced, you benefit from an outdoor car park in front of the house, the garage remains accessible to you to store your water, beach, golf or bicycle equipment. Join the beach and shops at 1.5 km, the golf course at 1 km and the lake at about 4 km (REF 03246) BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
