About this property

Studio near the ski slopes in La Rosiere station and right next to the small Terraces mall.

This apartment for 4 people is located in the village center, in Les Terrasses de La Rosiere. The building is just 2 minutes walk from the slopes and 50 meters from the village center.

This apartment is close to my apartment for 6 people (ref 371) and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is also very well equipped (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, TV, stereo, DVD ....). I also have another apartment to 4 persons with Terrace (ref 373).

The balcony overlooks the Isère valley and offers views of Mont Pourri and Arcs 2000 & 1950. The view to Bourg Saint Maurice is a bit blocked.

The rental of the apartment also includes an underground parking space. Please note that we must equip his car with winter tires or chains (including 4x4).

The ski storage is at the bottom of the building, accessible from the outside. It is locked at night.

A bakery, a supermarket, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a press, a ski shop, a fitness center and 2 screen cinema en- below the residence. You will find more shops, bars, restaurants and a bank in the shopping center which is 50 meters from the buildings.

The Eucherts the mall also contains an indoor rink, a bowling alley, services and shops.

Très belle station mais appartement très vetuste

Nous venons de passer la semaine du 29 déc 2018 au 5 janv 2019 à la Rosière. La station est très belle, très agréable, bon domaine skiable, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Concernant l'appartement, celui-ci est très bien situé cependant il est vétuste (resté dans "son jus") et peu équipé (le stricte nécessaire). Pas de table ni de chaise sur la terrasse bien exposée, nous n'avons donc pas pu en profiter, pas d'appareil à raclette ou autre, une déco minimaliste est très ancienne (tout est d'origine), une housse de clic-clac d'un autre temps. En fait tout est d'un autre temps. Cet appartement aurait vraiment besoin d'un gros rafraichissement. Nous partons au sport d'hiver tous les ans ou 2 ans et avons loué bon nombre d'appartements et c'est donc en toute objectivité que je poste cette appréciation. Nous étions avec des amis qui ont loué dans la même résidence, un appartement de même capacité, rénové et très bien équipé pour un peu moins cher que nous. Alors même si je n'ai rien à dire sur le prix de notre location, je pense qu'il faut vraiment faire un effort de rénovation.
