Bonjour Madame, nous ne comprenons pas très bien votre réponse. Nous avons été transparent avec vous et l’état des lieux et les locataires suivants nous ont indiqués et envoyer les photos de pas mal de dégradations. Tache de chocolat sur les matelas sur les oreillers. Tache sur les coussins d’assise avec une obligation de changement pour la continuité de la location ( pour rappel, vous n’avez payé que la moitié des frais de dégradation à titre de geste commercial, ) le principe d’une location est effectivement une relation de confiance, mais a priori nous n’avons pas tout à fait la même notion sur ce sujet-là. Nous accueillons beaucoup de famille et il n’y a aucun problème. Et si toutefois il y a un soucis pendant le séjour, nous sommes à disposition pour échanger .Nous avons découvert les problèmes par la suite. La moindre des choses c’est de nous en informer.
