superb luxury apartment 170 m2, in the heart of the wine route

Beautifully situated on the wine route, in the heart of the most beautiful villages in Alsace. This former winemaker's house was completely renovated in 2016 and carefully decorated.
The apartment can accommodate 12 people in 5 different rooms:
2 bedrooms with 1 160x200 bed and a 110x190 convertible sofa (ideal for a couple with a child)
2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160x200
1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed
The apartment consists of:
a large living room with a dining room that can easily accommodate 10 adults and a relaxation area with armchairs. This room opens onto a large fully equipped kitchen with island, bar and 4 stools. The kitchen has been equipped to the last detail for your comfort.
Hob, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker…
A TV room with 123 cm flat screen with 2 large sofas.
Household linen (towels, sheets, tea towels, ...) is also provided and included in the price.

Baby equipment available on request (travel cot and high chair).
An ideal place to come with family or friends for an exceptional stay.

Très beau et spacieux appartement, tout était très propre, cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire et plus encore, bonne literie, nous étions en famille et avons pu profiter d,un,emplacement très proche des marchés de Noël, beau séjour !!de plus, propriétaire à l,écoute et réactif,arrivée avec clé, donc très pratique, nous reviendrons c,est sûr !!

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub im traumhaften Elsass! Ein kleines Manko war, dass eines der 5 Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer war, aber das ist am Ende nicht ins Gewicht gefallen. Der sehr freundliche Gastgeber und die Lage mitten in der Weinstraße haben unseren Aufenthalt wunderbar werden lassen!

Wir waren 5 Geschwister und haben colmar besucht. Toll waren die 5 Schlafzimmer. Alles unkompliziert. Leider kein Parkplatz aber das ist nicht schlimm. Man kann in der Nähe parken. Bad war sauber, Betten etc. auch. Sehr schöne Wohnung um das Elsass zu erkunden.

Schöne große Wohnung

Schöne große Wohnung mit fünf Schlafzimmern, wie beschrieben. Gut ist auch, dass es zwei "Wohnzimmer"/Aufenthaltsräume gibt und auch in der Küche mit Bar kann man sich gut aufhalten. Direkt an der route d'Alsace. Tagsüber viel Verkehr, abends/nachts aber relativ ruhig. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Wandern, Colmar und - wenn man will - auch Europapark). Auch Mittelwihr ist selbstverständlich ein schöner Ort mit Markt, Bäckerei usw. Parken vor Ort ist leicht und jederzeit gut möglich. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Notre séjour a été très agréable l’appartement est en très bon état et très confortable les pièces sont grandes chaque chambre a son dressing. La buanderie est un vrai plus. Toutefois avec la chaleur et les fenêtres ouvertes l’appartement est très bruyant mais cela n’est en aucun cas un problème hors saison. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement pour une grande famille chacun à son espace et c’est vraiment appréciable…

Avons été très bien reçu. Un hôte qui fait confiance à ses clients. Seul petit bémol pour nous les flûtes en plastique et les poeles seraient à changer car beaucoup utilisé. Nous recommandons car l'appartement est bien conçu pour plusieurs familles.

Familienaufenthalt im Elsass

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet unproblematisch Platz für 10 Personen ( 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Vorallem die 4 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten sind sehr geräumig und bieten sehr viel Platz. Für die Kinder gab es Stockbetten in einem separaten Raum mit Vorhang zum Gang abtrennbar. 3 Badezimmer mit Duschen und Separate Toiletten halfen dass nie eine Blockierung vorkam . Die Küche war toll und sehr groß und eignet sich für das Kochen für große Gruppen - Essen in Frankreich ist teuer. Das Esszimmer war schlicht, groß und schön und bot Platz für alle, das ist besonders wichtig bei gemeinsamen Frühstück und Abendessen. Einziger Nachteil ist das die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt und bei geöffnetem Fenster der Straßenlärm vorhanden ist.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben schöne Tage hier verbracht. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Leider liegt die Wohnung direkt an der Durchgangsstraße. Zwar sind die Fenster gut isoliert, so dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht viel davon mitbekommen, allerdings verspürt man bei sommerlichen Temperaturen schonmal das Bedürfnis ein Fenster zu öffnen und dann ist es laut. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Wohnung.
