Included in this rental is access to all the workout facilities located at the 2 properties, 4 pools, a great room which provides free coffee daily, pool table, video games, movie theater with popcorn, and concierge. The unit boasts 1100 square feet of living space, 4 adults can stay here comfortably. The large balcony is a gorgeous open space. The unit is within close proximity to the pool, clubhouse and barbecue grilling facilities.

This is a second floor two-bedroom one bath with one of the bedrooms located in the loft of the unit. It can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. A California king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 extra long twin size beds in the loft bedroom. Latest in high speed WiFi technology, 3 TVs with expanded cox cable with voice control channels. Brand new stainless steel appliances. new blinds, California master walk in closet. Quartz counter tops, LED motion sensor bathroom mirror in master bathroom with glass enclosed bathtub doors.

Located in prime North Scottsdale for easy access to shopping, transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, golf, movies, Waste Management tournament, Mayo clinic, Barret Jackson car shows and Arabian Horse Show.

Could not find a better place. We have stayed at several VRBO in Scottsdale last few years, and this is top of our list. The property is perfect and the owner is so great to work with. There were some dead bugs on the floors and some on the bed when we arrived. These were NOT bed bugs but some that were the result of spraying by an exterminator. Overall the condo was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very helpful and great to deal with and the check in and instructions on the unit were clear and easy to follow. The location was excellent and the pools and clubhouse were very good with friendly and helpful people working there. A terrific place.

As these were not bed bugs etc.. all of my reviews indicate absolutely impeccable and extremely clean!!!NEVER NEVER NEVER HAD BUGS ANYWHERE!!! This guest also gave me a 10 review a bit confusing. I offered to send cleaning service etc to inspect issue. Guest refused said it wasn’t a big deal. However to mention it and end up rating it a 10 in their review is really quite confusing to others and terrible as I pride myself on excellence and cleanliness. Again I must stress never has any other guest indicated anything but perfect. I truly went above and beyond to satisfy these guests. As I do with all of my guests.

Perfect place for our family

We stayed at this property with our 10 and 12 year old boys, who loved having their own loft space to sleep in. The complex is well located with walking access to shops and restaurants. There are quite a few rules at the clubhouse, but the owners were great at communicating with us and making sure our stay was enjoyable. The pools and fitness facilities are awesome. Brand new everything in the condo and it’s very clean and comfortable. Be aware that there are stairs to get up to the condo and further steep stairs to access the loft, but it’s perfect for older children/young adults who want their privacy. It’s a very bright condo, so be prepared to start your day early or bring a face mask. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

I saw a couple other reviews about the clubhouse, workout facility etc being difficult to access. We had no problem using any of the wonderful amenities in the complex. The condo was very clean, recently updated with a very nice open lay out. Being a condo, you never know about neighbors and common walls,. There is only one common wall, nobody above or below - the garage is directly below. Overall this is a terrific place and hope to return. Thanks Rita!

Great location with excellent amenities

Had a great time here at GreyHawk Edge. The location was excellent, close to the 101,reastaurants and groceries. Lots of hiking trails close by. The gym and pool area were nice and the club house excellent. A little over the top with security around the pool, needed a fob to get in the clubhouse and a key for the pool gate once in the clubhouse. Gates to pool were paddle locked so had to walk around the complex wet from the pool at night even though we were right across from the pool gate. People were very nice and friendly around the pool and clubhouse. The condo was very nice. Newly renovated. Very clean and well appointed. Rita and James the owners were very polite and easy to deal with. We would stay again. Only issue for myself was going up the metal stairs to the loft for the second bedroom. Hard to take luggage up with a bad knee. Otherwise a great restful holiday. You will enjoy it here
