This second story condo has been renovated and completed late December 2018. The property is located on the west side of Gulf Shore Blvd and located by the Naples Pier( to be rebuilt) and Beach.

This second story condo (has a common elevator) which has been gutted and is new from the studs. This unit offers all brand new flooring through out, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new custom cabinets and all new furnishings and a beached themed decor to enjoy.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, and the secondary room offers 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king sized bed as well.
The living room offers a quality queen sofa sleeper to provide more space for a comfortable night's rest.

This is the owner's second unit in the building that she owns, there is another unit on the first floor that has been quite successful with guests.

Wonderful beach getaway!

The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean and well-maintained—all the amenities we needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The highlight was the short walk to the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. Quiet and safe neighborhood with a short walk to the beautiful beach, fine dining and exclusive shopping. Our VRBO was clean and well stocked— the property is exactly as pictured. Lovely apartment-perfect location

This unit is adorable and our communication with the owner made the entire process and stay seamless. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach without having to bring our own stuff. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Our family highly recommends it!

It's the best!!!

This was our second stay in this property. We tell everyone we chat with that it couldn't be more perfect. The owner was very responsive to our questions before booking. The decor is Floridian which sets you in vacation mode immediately. We love that we are able to walk everywhere. The newly renovated pool was an added surprise.
