The apartment was good, enough comfort (for 4/5 persons) and cosy decorated. Location is fine and parking in front is comfortable. Some minor things that need to be taken care of (leaking tap and smell in the toilet). Please invest in better cutlery and pans, that will be appreciated by the guests. Overall 7,5 on a10 scale.

A clean, warm, well-equipped and comfortable flat within easy walking distance of the ski lifts of Morzine, very suitable for a family. The Sherpa supermarket is conveniently located just a couple of minutes away

nice place to stay

Easy to walk to town (and therefore super morzine lifts)- say 7 minute walk. Supermaket close by, fancy and cheap restaurants close by, Christian was easy to deal with.

Amazing location for summer mountain biking in morzine, shared garage, washing facilities. Apartment was clean and was well suited for a group of 4 using the sofa bed.

We had a really nice stay, the only issue is very poor WiFi meaning we couldn't work in the evenings or stream TV. It only worked for 30% of the time (good connection to wifi, but no internet available), and didn't reach one of the rooms.Everything else was brilliant. Great facilities for a little apartment. Warm, clean, good location with a little walk into town. Great host

Bel appartement au calme

Location très bien située à l'écart de la route. Appartement avec terrasse au calme côté jardin donc aucun vis à vis. Soleil du matin jusqu'au milieu de l'am. 2 machines à laver et aspirateurs à disposition. Les clés sont dans un boitier à code , pratique personne n'attend personne ! Petit mais tout petit bémol , la wiffi quasi inexistante , c'est le moment de se déconnecter et de prendre un bon livre. Pizzaria juste en face ( per'syl) un regal ! Beaucoup de chose à faire sur Morzine donc adresse à garder ! Proprietaire sympathique et pas envahissant . Merci mr pollien.

Perfect appartment with sunny terrace

Perfect location near centre of Morzine opposite great bars and take away pizza. Terrace is sunny from breakfast until late afternoon. Kitchen is well equiped and the appartment is spacious with plenty of storage. Bike storage in garage if required and parking by the appartment.

le logement est bien équipé, nous avons longé à trois adultes et deux enfants qui ont profité de la terrasse avec sa neige (suivant la saison ). le pied des pistes est accessible avec la navette P ou U o l'arrêt maison médicale ou la muraille.
