Spacious 4 bedroom light-filled home on a private cul-de-sac in a super quiet neighborhood. Minutes from Redmond Microsoft and Kirkland Google campuses. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Kirkland waterfront parks, restaurants. 15 minute drive to popular Woodinville Wineries. 30 minutes to downtown Seattle attractions. Short drive/long walk to Safeway grocery or Walgreens drug store.

2 Queen beds, 2 Double beds, 1 Sofa Sleeper (in living room), includes all bed linens, bathroom towels, spacious closets with hangers, laundry room with full washer/dryer, detergent/dryer sheets included, WiFi , office space with desk and lamp, Direct TV in living room and back bedroom, full kitchen including coffee, dishwasher, dining area off kitchen seats 8, wood burning stove for those cold winter nights.

Huge backyard with BBQ grill and raised patio/deck. Backyard fire pit.

Please respect our older neighbors and limit noise to before 11pm. Maximum of 3 cars, driveway fits 2. Limited cul-de-sac parking .

Great place for a family vacation

We just stayed at this property, it was perfect for the 5 of us( 3 adults, 2 children) clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice yard, great neighborhood.

Horrible check-in experience!

When we arrived at the house the door code did not work! Put on hold with Vrbo for over half hour. A neighbor gave us name and # for owner. They had no idea we were coming. After 20-30 minutes he arrived. House was not at all ready. He made beds and did quick prep but didn’t have time for thorough prep. House was nice, owner was great, Vrbo was basically no help at all.

Clean, well stocked house.

This rental property was just like the reviews said. The House is clean spacious, it had a good barbecue grill. I would like for there to be a few more lounge chairs on the deck outside, in saying that there was a bench to set on. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, nothing fancy, but everything that you need . The owner is friendly and very helpful. I would rent this place again. Such a pleasant Beautiful area, within a mile to Walgreens and Safeway gas stations and maybe a mile further Cousins cafe, which was really good.
