 - Living room: with new air conditioning 1 double bed KING SIZE NEW 180x200 (free sheets and beds made complete), table 6 pers flat screen new, bluray dvd player, cd radio, safe, cot with wooden caster available on request - Wifi free unlimited indoor and outdoor
 - Kitchen: washing machine, new dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven, traditional oven, 3 induction hob, electric barbecue (no fire in summer)
- New bathroom: New shower 90 cm wide wc washbasin atmosphere ZEN
- Terrace 16 m² in the garden: (walled garden entirely sur2500m²) - Outdoor furniture table, sunbathing, parasol, chairs, armchairs
 - Closed private parking, remote control gate etc ...
Close to all amenities sea and village 10 min walk each - Quiet and quiet, new house, double glazing -30 db subdivision in vineyards and olive trees not overlooked, very few neighbors, little noise - located in greenery + 800 hectares of olive trees and vineyards,

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is an area of natural beauty with much to enjoy and explore.

The appartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The balcony views over the vineyard provided a beautiful and tranquil spot to sit for meals and drinks. The host, Cyril was very friendly and provided much helpful information to help us make the most of our stay. As a couple we enjoyed the walk to local restaurants in the evenings. The external grounds of the property have the potential to be developed in a way to make it more attractive to families or larger groups particularly in providing an outdoor eating and recreation area as the balcony only has space for two to eat outside. Thank you Cyril for a very enjoyable stay.

Cyril is a wonderful, kind and thoughtful host. The property is excellent

We had some health issues with our 6-month old son when we arrived and Cyril was extremely kind, caring and generous while we were there and also after we had to leave early. His property is very comfortable, clean and well-equipped (the wifi is excellent!) and the area is absolutely beautiful. We wish we could have stayed for our full two weeks, but our son getting quite sick meant we had to leave after only 4 days. When we left, Cyril gave us lemons from his garden and a bottle of regional wine and was very kind and supportive. We highly recommend this home as a beautiful place to stay and Cyril as a wonderful host.

Très agréable semaine

Situation idéale au calme, entre vignes et oliviers, appartement propre et très bien équipé, proche du village de La Londe et des très belles plages. Pour les amateurs de vins, nombreux domaines viticoles à visiter dont plusieurs crus classés. Acceuil très sympathique de Cyril, avec de bons conseils sur les visites à faire aux alentours de la Londe.

Super séjour

Location conforme au descriptif. Propre, confortable, moderne, bien équipé et au calme. Mr P. s'est montré très agréable et inutile de passer par l'office du tourisme il connaît parfaitement sa région, c'est un vrai plaisir. En outre , il est à la fois très discret et réactif en cas de conseil. Nous nous serions crus seuls dans la propriété. Je conseil sans hésiter

mrMinaud et sa petite famille sont des gens très recommandables et il est très agréable de discuter avec eux .ils ont été très discrets durant leur séjour et ont rendu un appartement dans un état impeccable, je les recommande chaleureusement à tout nouvel hôte qui aurait le bonheur de les recevoir !!!
