About the host
Hosted by Brent Patroch

Owned by Brother & Sister, this cottage has been in our family for over 40 years. We've grown up in the community and spend our summers at the beach. Our full time residences are a few hours south of Red Bay, but we frequent the area throughout the summer and are available to help answer any of your questions and give you some amazing day-trip & entertainment options.
Why they chose this property
We are the third generation owner of this property and have spent many days playing games and having family dinners in this cottage. The cottage has been completely refurbished over the past few years, everything from plumbing, electrical, roofing & furniture has been updated to the utmost of comfort. We look forward to spending our weeks at the cottage in between rentals.
What makes this property unique
This cottage has all of the comforts of a full home, and it's a very rare site to see a hot tub in the cottage country, perfect for those cool nights after a day of fun in the sun. Even rainy days are comfortable with the amount of seating and options for indoor activities.
