Beautiful property and a great location to explore the area. Very well stocked. Great covered decks with Mountain Views which we enjoyed with our furry friends.
The cabin is perfect for a getaway to just relax and hide out!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share regarding your stay. Your trust and your business are incredibly important to us. Its our sincerest hope that a revisit will happen, sooner rather than later.
We were looking for a relatively isolated place to enjoy a staycation with our pups. The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed. Loved the amenities (hot tub, game room, etc).

Enjoyed a long weekend at this cabin with my family. Great location - 15 minutes to Boone, but feels like a real getaway. Cabin is well maintained and spacious. Large windows are especially nice. Definitely hope to be back one day!

Loved staying in this beautiful cabin! Everything we needed was right there. Really enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub and especially the wrap around porch! I only wish our trip was longer than 3 days.

Thank you for the feedback. Our staff was thrilled to hear that your stay was great and that you enjoyed the home and all it has to offer. Its our fondest hope that you will visit us again in the very near future.
We and our pup wanted to take a long relaxing weekend in the mountains, with hopes of some snowfall. This wonderful cabin not only allowed us to relax, but had a wonderful view of the snow that came down during our stay! The location was far enough to be away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything if you needed anything. We bought some groceries and was able to cook everything with the well furnished kitchen. We had fun in the downstairs game room, playing pool, checkers, and cards. We attempted to use the hot tub, but the temperature would only get to 89 degrees, not hot enough for the winter and snow. We decided to visit the original Maststore for some nostalgic items and souvenirs. We also visited the Mystery Hill attraction for the “Natural Gravitational Anomaly,” the Native American Artifact Museum and the Dougherty House Museum. Both within a quick 30-35min drive. We only used the master bathroom, the sink and shower is very slow to drain. The driveway was cleared of the snow before we came and even was cleared again with the snowfall we had during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay, even our pup enjoyed the relaxing weekend!
It is the cutest cabin. We’ve stayed in several. Some were much larger, and even a couple smaller. I will say this was a great size. I would not advertise it as a 3 bedroom and 3 bath seeing that the third room is a loft and the third bathroom is a half bath by the entry door. Otherwise cute and accommodating for a family 5-6.

Great Cabin , Poor Management
Cabin has everything you need, good locations, close to Boone Downtown.but 50 minutes before check in time we got a call from host saying we are not allowed to check in because the cabin was not ready and we have to wait until 5:30 PM to cleaners finish their job.
They offer $ 25/hour and I declined saying I just want what I paid for. Very disappointed with Management’s lack of professionalism.

Thank you for taking the time for sharing, as we expressed in our conversations , we sincerely apologize. We are open to discuss what actions by any of our staff that occurred to give that impression. Very seldom does it occur that a home is not inspected and serviced by our Quality Control Teams well ahead of the check-in time of 4:00 p.m. We invest heavily in training and implementing strict standards and take seriously, making sure that each guest gets our very best effort and every guest arrives to a beautiful, clean, safe home. Regrettably circumstances beyond anyones control like weather, vehicle breakdown, family emergencies can alter our schedule. That was the case here. Our apologies. Our refund of 25.00 for every half hour is in the event that maybe you take that time to go to dinner or a supply run this will off set some if not all of the cost. Please know that we never sacrifice quality for quickness.

Could have been better
My family and I stayed at this cabin for four days during a short vacation. There were some good things and some bad things about staying here.
Pros: Cabin is big in size, it was quite, and offered some great ammenities.
Cons: We was charged a pet fee even though we confirmed we would not be bringing our pets and qas not refunded until we checked in. Upon arriving to the cabin there was an envelope asking for a tip for the house keeper. Yet the cabin was very dusty and the dishwasher was packed full of clean dishes. Which is not too big of deal, except they want you to clean your own dishes before leaving. So before we could utilize the dishwasher we had to put away an entire load of dishes first. There was no coffee, shampoo, or conditioner available so if like those things be sure to bring your own.
Due to cons out weiging the pros we would not stay here again.

We're so sorry to hear about your experience. We take guest feedback seriously and are already working to address this concern. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance to provide a better stay in the future
This is a gorgeous property set on a beautiful piece of land. It’s quiet but not so remote that you can’t get to Boone quickly to go out to eat or get groceries.
The decor in the house fit perfectly with the log cabin theme. There were plenty of dishes for us to use to cook. The appliances worked great. The main floor master bedroom was quite comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is more of a full than a queen, but comfortable.
The house is not sound proof so keep that in mind if you’re bringing children. For two adult couples, it was the perfect size. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and playing pool by the basement fireplace. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for sharing. We are delighted to hear that you had a great stay and that the home met your needs. Its our fondest hope that you will visit us again sooner rather than later.
The property is on a hill with no flat areas with grass for your pet to use the bathroom. Also was not expecting to be surrounded by other properties in front behind and beside. Other than that the house was immaculate very cozy and inviting. My girls really enjoyed the hot tub with blue tooth capability. The pool table was a nice added amenity. The gas grill on the deck was super convenient to be hooked up with the house gas line so need for external tanks!! Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes pots and pans as well. Over all it was a lovely place to stay!
This property was amazing! Conveniently located near Boone and Blowing Rock. We loved the huge wrap around porch, large living space and gorgeous views! We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub! We absolutely will be back!
This cabin was absolutely beautiful! Very clean with lots of amenities. Also in a great location, we weren’t far from Tweetsie Railroad, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain. On a rainy day we enjoyed sitting on the porch, going in the hot tub and playing pool. We would love to visit again!

Perfect cabin!
We really loved everything about this cabin and Carolina Cabin rentals! The house was very clean and well stocked, the beds were all very comfortable, and we loved the new hot tub. The drive to the cabin was easy, you do need 4WD or chains for the driveway in the winter as it was icey! Check in and checkout was a breeze. We can't wait to return!

Our 3rd stay at Fly Way Dreams, will stay there again
My family and I love this cabin. We love the location, the peacefulness, and the comfort it provides our family of 5. Above all, the place was immaculately clean!!! The kitchen is also well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. We loved the two gas fire places. And kudos to the HOA or whoever was responsible for plowing the driveways. We received about 5 inches of snow Christmas Eve and they came and plowed the drive way by Christmas afternoon!
This home was wonderful, the area was so quiet and peaceful. It was only minutes from downtown and many things to do. I highly recommend to anyone that just wants to relax.

Cabin is great. Perfect for our family. Only comment is the gas grill does not have a propane tank . If the gas grill is not able to be used you should not advertise a gas grill. Other than that , no issues.

Great cabin! Very homey. Nice extras. It's great that it is pet friendly but, since it is, it would be nice if there was an easy place to bring the dog to use the bathroom. All grass areas are hard to get to on a steep incline and very tall grass for smaller dogs. My dog got bit by a snake on his mouth and we had to spend the night at the emergency Vet. This could happen anywhere but, a small level area that is cut down would be a great addition to a great place! 😀
