75 m2 apartment on the 3rd and last floor in a residence, including:

- 2 rooms with bed in 160 and 140
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and towel dryer

- A living room comfortable, air conditioned, with fully equipped kitchen
- A terrace of 10 m2 covered and equipped with a table for 4 people, 4 chairs and a plancha. Without vis-à-vis, with a superb view on the green hills

The accommodation is located in a quiet environment and is ideally located. It is only 10 minutes from the city center on foot and about 10 to 15 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of Corsica such as Palombaggia and Santa Giulia.

Fabulous apartment in perfect location

We are travelling around Europe for two years in retirement. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très fonctionnel et au calme sans être loin de la ville haute à pied pour se rendre au marché ou aux nombreux restaurants. L'emplacement est idéal également pour se rendre vers les belles plages du sud.Le propriétaire est très gentil et réactif.
