A beautiful apartment (with private garage) in the Quality Residence "Cita Di Sali" with a private pool reserved for residents and located 400 meters from the marina of Porto Vecchio and close to all shops, bars, restaurants.
In 10 minutes on foot you will enjoy the historic city of Porto Vecchio and all its activities.
A few kilometers (5 to 7), you will enjoy the beautiful beaches of the region (Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, Cala Rossa ....)

Un appartement très bien aménagé, et bien situé. La vue est magnique, sur le port, sur les marais salan , et un peu sur la piscine. Le propriétaire Mr Leclere est une personne avec qui nous avons eu des échanges très rapides et constructif et qui fera tout pour vous arranger. Nous avons passé un bon séjour (malheureusement un peu perturbé par des soucis de santé) dans ce magnifique pays et dans cette très belle ville de Porto Vecchio.Nous espérons pouvoir renouveler l'expérience avec Mr Leclere un très cordial propriétaire, et pouvoir dans le futur mieux profiter de notre séjour dans ce pays, pour vraiment le découvrir. Appartement très propre chambre spacieuseLa climatisation fonctionne très bien Attention le frigo est très petit, ne pas arriver avec des courses déjà faites vous pourriez avoir des problèmes pour tout mettre au fraisIl manque peut être une voile entre les 2 poutres pour faire de l'ombre car à midi en plein soleil au mois d'août il fait vraiment trop chaud pour manger

Magnifique Appartement avec une belle vue

Pour commencer nous tenons à remercier le propriétaire pour son écoute, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse... L'appartement est jolie décoré avec soin et possède une grande terasse avec une vue dégagée sur une partie du golfe de Porto-Vecchio. Il est proche du port mais au calme (pas de bruit) ce qui fortement appréciable. En fin de journée, nous avons profité de la piscine de la residence... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Appartement au top!

Aucun vis a vis et très belle vue depuis l’appartement, très propre, calme, tout confort et très fonctionnel. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous! Piscine de la résidence très agréable également et peu fréquentée. Des hôtes très arrangeants, nous avons passé un super séjour et vous en remercions.

Appartement très agréable ! Bien conçu, bien agencé avec une piscine privée très agréable ! Parfait pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes ! Très bien situé, au cœur de Porto Vecchio mais assez éloigné du bruit des animations du soir et avec une vue magnifique sur les marées salants. Bon sejour sur cette île merveilleuse ! Très beau séjour à Porto Vecchio

Porto Vecchio du 23 au 30 juin 2018 Notre séjour durant la 4ème semaine de Juin à été vraiment parfaite. La location était pour nous deux, confortable, et très bien équipée. Seul bémol, pas de wifi …. Une superbe terrasse balcon nous a permis de déjeuner et dîner tous les jours avec une vue sur la mer et la montagne. Pour ce qui est de la région que nous ne connaissions pas, nous avons été enchanté en découvrant Porto Vecchio, son port de plaisance, la citadelle et les petites rues commerçantes si animées… Pour ce qui est de la baignade, la plage de Palombaggia et celle de Santa Giulia sont superbes. Il faut aussi aller absolument visiter Bonifacio, petite ville de toute beauté et faire la croisière jusqu’aux îles Lavezzi. La mer est d'un superbe bleu turquoise et vous invite à vous baigner tous les jours. Quant à l'accueil dans les restaurants, ou ailleurs, tout le monde a vraiment été très gentil. Un magasin Casino est à 200 mètres de l’appartement ainsi que quelques commerces. Sans parler, des marchés… Nous recommandons cette jolie région et bien évidemment la location de M. Guy LECLERE.

Appartements très agréable

Appartement très agréable doté d'une terrasse donnant sur le port et la vieille ville. Equipement de qualité (literie, vaisselle, TV.....et un garage privatif) Très bonne situation à proximité des commerces (supérette, boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac-journaux,.....). La vieille ville est accessible à pieds en 10 mn. et les plages à 15 à 20 mn en voiture.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour appartement parfait nous étions 2 couples Grande terrasse avec une vue très dégagée sur les collines et la mer. Proche du centre ville impraticable en voiture et des restaurants du port. Tout est pensé dans cet appartement pour se sentir comme chez soi . A conseiller Mr GRISET JL

Property good but disappointed as pool closed

The apartment was nice but unfortunately, despite it being advertised with a shared pool (and the rental contract the owner sent us specifically referrring to the pool and rules etc) when we got there we were told it was closed. We had chosen the apartment because of the pool and our 3 kids were looking forward to it as our last warmth before winter (the weather was still hot in mid/late October) we explained this to the owner who initially did not respond and then did nothing. He should have informed us in advance that the pool would be closed and we would not have chosen the apartment. He was also unresponsive about other issues - the appartment was advertised with wifi but when we arrived the local agent (who was very nice and helpful) said there was no wifi so clearly the owner had not properly communicated with her. In fact there was wifi but we had to email the owner who only got back to us about this on the second day. we were also told we had to pay a bond when we had already paid it, So a lack of communication generally which was frustrating.

Parfait séjour en Corse

Parfait séjour en Corse grâce à Mr Leclere. L'appartement était parfait, fonctionnel, beau, bien placé. Le port et ses commerces à pied ainsi que le centre ville (petite côte avant l'arrivée). La location était propre, la personne en charge de l'état des lieux était sympatique, arrangeante et de bons conseils. A recommander les yeux fermés, je reviendrai.
