Property good but disappointed as pool closed
The apartment was nice but unfortunately, despite it being advertised with a shared pool (and the rental contract the owner sent us specifically referrring to the pool and rules etc) when we got there we were told it was closed. We had chosen the apartment because of the pool and our 3 kids were looking forward to it as our last warmth before winter (the weather was still hot in mid/late October) we explained this to the owner who initially did not respond and then did nothing. He should have informed us in advance that the pool would be closed and we would not have chosen the apartment. He was also unresponsive about other issues - the appartment was advertised with wifi but when we arrived the local agent (who was very nice and helpful) said there was no wifi so clearly the owner had not properly communicated with her. In fact there was wifi but we had to email the owner who only got back to us about this on the second day. we were also told we had to pay a bond when we had already paid it, So a lack of communication generally which was frustrating.
