Minutes from the Paseo, Plaza, Uptown, Asian, Midtown, and downtown OKC districts in a safe and inviting community. Adorable, converted studio apartment in a great central location. The space is clean and cozy. With a contemporary style, privacy, high ceilings, and a quaint feel. It is wonderful for solo adventurers, couples, and business/medical professionals. Newly updated studio apartment in the Western district OKC. The studio has new flooring, granite kitchen counter, stainless steel kitchen appliances in the kitchenette, contemporary back splash in kitchen and tile in full bath. Includes King size bed, over-sized closet and 40in flat screen mounted TV. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils, microwave and coffee maker.

The studio is a fully detached, annex-style home located behind the main home with a separate entrance for optimal privacy. Laundry access is available upon request subject to availability. Long-term tenants will have weekly access to onsite laundry. Please no pets or smoking of any kind. The studio apartment has an outdoor front camera for added safety.
