Pleasant studio cabin 25 m², comfortable, side view sea, air conditioned, on the 4th floor of a residence with lift, up to 4 people maximum.
Ideally, all on foot, 2 steps from downtown, the harbor and the beach, many shops and restaurants nearby.

Entrance: on the left 2 bunk beds and closet on the right room bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
Main room: kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cooker, washing machine ...
Sofabed nine (Bultex), table and 4 chairs, TV, DVD player, large wardrobe.
Terrace: 1 table and 4 chairs.

Acceptés- smoking pets not allowed.
Possibility of provision of bed linen and / or toilet (not included in price).
We do not cleaning fee by cons if you do not want to, an extra 50 €, you will be requested upon arrival.
No private parking.

Ideally placed it will make your stay pleasant and you can discover all the wonders of the French Riviera.
Within a radius of 20 km maximum: Saint-Tropez, Port-Grimaud, Ste Maxime, Le Lavandou.

Rental conditions: 50% deposit on booking, balance 30 days before arrival.

Une très bonne location. Très bien située (tout se fait à pied).L'appartement est propre et est très bien équipé (il ne manque rien pour parfaire le séjour), la literie de bonne qualité. lNathalie, la propriétaire est très sympathique.

Excellent emplacement. Proche de toutes les commodités (boutiques, magasins, restaurants, plage)

Très bon séjour effectué dans ce studio très logeable. Seul bémol, le problème de stationnement. En effet, pas de place de parking réservée.
