The Sunrise Condominium Resort is located on the main beach and surf break in town, It is literally a 2 minute walk from the patio door to the sand on the beach. Centrally located for easy access to restaurants, shopping, beach days and pampering. Located 300 feet north of the Diria Hotel, 400 feet to the sand and in the epicenter of all things good.

The complex features 24-hour security, secure parking, and cascading waterfalls into an over-sized swimming pool with an attached kiddie pool. The complex is surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, souvenir shopping, grocery stores, a tourist office, bank, nail salon, casino, rentals, and an internet cafe - all within walking distance. In addition, there are three surf shops located just outside of the Sunrise complex and more nearby.

The unit is meticulously curated, and often updated to keep with the normal "wear and tear" We take strides to make your experience as comfortable as possible. The unit is located on the ground level facing the pool and is just seconds to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in town.

Perfect family vacation

Lots of room in this ground floor for all our family. Right in the center of things in Tamarindo. Lovely pool, close to the beach, generally a perfect spot for our family holiday.

The condo is in a prime location, walking distance to everything: beach, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, excursions. The home is very well stocked with everything you could need. I loved that items like beach chairs, a cooler, beach blankets, boogies boards and several extra towels were available. For our large group there was plenty of space and beds available. Would definitely return on my next visit to Tamarindo.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful VRBO in Tamarindo! The location is perfect for walking to the beach (across the street), restaurants, shops, bars, farmers market, etc. The owner was wonderful when communicating with us! The pool is fabulous!

This is a great condo. Very big! Loved the location. Could walk to all the restaurants and bars. The pool was super nice and the beach was right across the street. This was the perfect place for our stay!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time in this condo, well stocked and lots of space. Location is close to everything so you don’t need to rent a car, short walk to shopping and restaurants, tours will pick you up out front, beach across the street. Pool is perfect with a sunny side and shady side and plenty of room. Overall a great place to stay. Bring bug spray for tiny knats though.

Winter get away with friends!

We loved the location, close to beach and town. Zach was quick to respond to any questions we had and hooked us up with a driver to and from the airport. Our driver was very helpful and stopped at the market for us on the way into town. We had 3 couples in our unit with ample room for everyone. We met many people at the pool that own their units and enjoyed their company. I hope to come back to CR and would certainly stay here again. Thank you, Zach, for sharing your home with us.

We loved this Condo!!

The living area and bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped although we only made coffee and breakfast. There are sooo many great restaurants in Tamarindo. The pool is nice and big. The ocean is right across the street and the beach is perfect. Soft sand and the swimming is perfect for families and surfing. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, no car needed!

Plenty of room for 6 adults (3 couples) & 2 teens to stay. Located across from beach access & walking distance to grocery, coffee, dining & nightlife. We had a rental car, but did not need it at all during our stay. Condo grounds are gated & guarded. Large pool & lounge area. Would love to return!

Winter Break Vacation

The property was perfect for our group. We had four adults, a teenager and three kids under twelve. The condo was perfect for our group. We were quite comfortable in the space. The kids loved the pool and access to the beach was very convenient. Zack was very accommodating and worked with us. I highly recommend this property.

The home was well appointed with everything you need to enjoy cooking and time on the beach. The beach chairs and coolers were great to have. The beach is just across the street and everything you need is a short walk. 5 out of 5. Only note, the WiFi does not work in the bedrooms.

Wonderful home!!

We had a wedding in Tamarindo with many people staying at sunrise condo units. They were all fantastic! We especially loved ours for the extra rooms/privacy/hot water (for all showers at same time)! We absolutely loved everything about this large 4 bedroom home!! It was incredible and location perfect!! Amazing!! Thank you!!

Clan get away

Great condo in Tamarindo

The condo was clean, convenient and perfect for our group of six. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the pool. We were appreciative that there were three bathrooms, one for each couple. Beds were comfortable, living area had lots of seating and the beach chairs were a nice addition when going to the beach. Although the condo was right off the main road it was very quiet . The location is an easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. A small grocery store is in the strip mall out front. We enjoyed breakfast at cafe Santa Maria which is right on main drive into condo.

Not a peaceful environment

The inside was nice and accommodating. It would have been nice to have a safe to store our passports while at the beach. This is being rated as a 1 start due to the noise level of the complex. Drunks every evening until early hours of the morning, disco nearby so you are lying in bed to the beat of the music. And due to the lovely balconies, early morning coffee drinkers recalling their days for all in the complex to hear. If you want some sleep, this is not the place to be.

Awesome Tamarindo condo experience

We rented this condo just off the Main Street in Tamarindo for 5 days in mid April for our son’s wedding weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful-fixing one issue for us immediately. The condo grounds are secure-comings and goings are monitored 24/7 by security (although we never felt unsafe anywhere in Tamarindo-this gave you comfort that unnecessary foot traffic was kept out of the condo area). The pool was great to have to cool off in the evenings. A few howler monkeys used area trees for their home from time to time. Beach is literally across the road. Many restaurants and shops are walking distance. The condo unit is well equipped with dishes, pots/pans and kitchen utensils for making breakfasts. Would definitely consider coming back!
