Great place, perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool was great and family friendly. Easy walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and grocery stores.

Perfect location

Great condo for 2 families. Eight people total. The location is perfect for all things Tamarindo. Two minute walk to the beach. Dozens of restaurants within 10 min radius. And shops too. From there it’s an easy drive to Flamingo Bay for fishing or to Avellena for bigger surf. Parking is safe & secure within the gated area. But only one parking spot. If you have two cars you’ll have to park outside the facility. The property management compress easy to communicate with via email and very responsive.

Great location in Tamarindo

We love staying at Sunrise in Tamarindo. It is one of the closet properties near the beach. It is right across the street from some of the best surfing waves. I enjoyed having a street level unit because it was easy taking the surf boards in and out. We reached out to the property manager several stays because of issues and she always responded quickly. Here are my suggestions to make the unit better: 1) Make sure to have 8 beach towels in the unit since you advertise for 8 people. 2) The dryer doesn't dry very quickly. It may need to be repaired. 3) There needs to be seating for 8 people in the den. I would get rid of the table against the wall and add seating for 2 more people.
