Chamber of almost 13 m2 á inside a large apartment of 85 m2, located in Jesus Maria district in Lima, Peru. The Jesus Maria neighborhood is a very quiet area between the historic center and the district of Miraflores. The apartment is located near the Reserva park in which is the famous magical water circuit, also near the Champs de Mars, green lung of Lima and near the Washington Park. The apartment is located next to the 4 main avenues of Lima: Arequipa, Arenales, Du Petit Thouars, and Felipe Salaverry) that communicate to the historic center, Miraflores and San Isidro neighborhoods and also to move to No. anywhere in Lima

Great apartment in a great neighborhood

I really enjoyed staying at Briec's apartment. Really comfortable with great views. A good kitchen and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The photos don't really do it justice. The area is really nice too. Right next to some nice parks and great restaurants and bakeries. About a 15-20 minute walk to central historic Lima. I was here for a month. I would rent again.
