3km from Beaumes de Venise, located near the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux, this charming villa is decorated with an enclosed garden and a private swimming pool. It is located in a quiet residential area a few hundred meters from the first shops.

It offers you:
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a 140x190 sofa bed.
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 double bed (convertible into two 80x200 single beds) and bunk beds.
- a large bathroom with stone basin, bath and walk-in shower.

- a large living room: living room (double sofa bed, flat screen color TV, DVD player), dining room and fully equipped American kitchen.

Fantastic house in very nice area

We had a 2week stay at the beginning of August 2023. As the owner doesn't live in or near the house, we could ask all questions to the owner by WhatsApp. She always replied immediatly and came over 2 times (after agreement with us) to clean the wonderfull private swimming pool. The house is perfectly situated to visit the nice surrounding like Mont-Ventoux and lots of cosy villages with local markets. Everything what was needed was provided in the house, even a blender, enough toilet and kitchen paper, fresh herbs from the garden, ... . We strongly recommand this house!

Urlaub in der Provence

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wir haben den Pool sehr genossen. Man sieht von außen nicht in den Garten. Der Check-In war problemlos. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert. Es war ein schöner Familienurlaub in der Provence.

maison agréable, salle de bain un peu sombre, nous remercions Laure pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et la clim, belle région, beaux villages aux alentours à visiter. seul petit point négatif, la maison est proche d'une route très passagère et donc bruyante, difficile de faire la sieste sous la treille pourtant bien sympa.

Magnifique

Nous sommes un couple avec une enfant de 5 ans venus une semaine dans la villa de Laure et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme à la maison . La villa est fonctionnelle , propre , au calme et très bien située. Pendant cette periode de fortes chaleurs nous avons passé de longues et agréables heures dans la piscine ou à nous reposer à l'ombre des feuilles de vigne au dessus de la terrasse. Le soir, la climatisation dans les chambres était plus qu'apreciée.Tout était parfait! Il y a tellement de choses à voir dans cette région qu'il est certain que nous reviendrons et nous espérons pouvoir louer à nouveau cette maison.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à deux familles avec 4 très jeunes enfants. Laure a tout prévu pour ses hôtes, dans les moindres détails. Confort, jolie déco, jardin et piscine super agréables, électroménager, chambres climatisées et une mention particulière pour la terrasse sous sa jolie pergola où nous avons passé de très bonnes soirées. Clean, well equipped, great host

Laure performed above and beyond the call of duty, helping us with the French side of the Covid regulations. The house itself is as well equipped and as clean as anywhere we've stayed. The bed we used was comfy and though we didn't have to use it, the aircon was a resssuring presence. The pool really is private, unlike many on here that are advertised as private but definitely aren't. Great little stay! Well pleased with this late find in our holiday preparations.

La maison est propre, parfaitement équipée et au calme. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le jardin avec sa piscine et sa tonnelle, idéale pour les petits déjeuners en profitant du soleil levant. Mme Mamy, la propriétaire, est très sympathique et disponible. PS: Nos enfants adolescents ont beaucoup aimé le WiFi.

Excellent séjour en famille

Très belle maison moderne et fonctionnelle avec tout à disposition (papier WC, sacs poubelles, pastilles lave-vaisselle, lessive, huile, vinaigre, charbon, pâtes, etc...). Le seul petit défaut est le chemin d’accès qui est très étroit, si vous avez une très grosse voiture, vous aurez sûrement un peu de mal à vous garer (avec un X3 c’est passé mais plus gros c’est compliqué à mon avis). Sinon, le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables et sans vis-à-vis. Pièce de vie immense avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée, salle de bain grand luxe et clim dans les chambres. Accueil et disponibilité de Laure au top.

Une belle semaine de vacances

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos. Nous étions au calme, et avons bien profité de la piscine et de la tonnelle ombragée. Merci à madame MAMY pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité qui nous a permis de passer un très agréable séjour. La localisation est parfaite car on est à côté de la route des vins, du mont Ventoux ou encore d'Avignon donc parfait. Une expérience a revivre!

We really enjoyed our two weeks in this house.

The villa is lovely. The owner has thought of everything and it is well equipped. The garden is really pretty and completely private so you are not overlooked at all. And although the house is situated in a residential area it doesn’t feel as if it is. We all enjoyed the pool. It was great to come back to that after a day out. Another positive is that the shops are only 5 minutes walk away. We had never been to Provence before and it is a beautiful region. This villa is a great base from which to explore the area. We visited the big towns but also enjoyed river walking and swimming. There are lots of really pretty small towns and villages to explore too. The owner of the villa is friendly and helpful and we would thoroughly recommend staying here.
