The 100 m2 gite is located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse on the edge of a small traditional Gard village 20 minutes north of Uzès.

It includes a flowered garden and a large field partially planted with olive trees with a view of the rock overlooking the village. Private entrance on a small street in the village.
Vaulted rooms with thick walls which guarantee freshness and give the character typical of the villages of the Gard scrubland.
Heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming, closed by pocket windows and therefore secure for children. Field with swing, games and pétanque area. Access to vehicles via a large gate for unloading luggage.
The large living room overlooks a garden with trees and a summer terrace with teak table, barbecue, hammock. It has 2 sofas, including a two-seat BZ convertible. Television and small library.
The dining room with fireplace overlooks a small semi-covered courtyard where a table allows you to have breakfast in the morning sun.
First bedroom with a double bed and a single bed overlooking the living room. Second bedroom with a double bed and an old fashioned wrought iron child's bed.
Small independent fitted kitchen (dishwasher, gas and electric hob, small fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave).
