This was the best experience I have had with vacation rentals. Lesia was so friendly, and made sure we had what we needed at all times. She responds extremely quick. Even made sure to tell us to pack extra food in case we got snowed in. Our favorite part was the hot tub and PacMan game. I also loved writing in their guest book. A lovely experience. Thank you.

Nice
Nice and clean. Homeowner helpful and friendly. However when we asked about an advertised amenity we were told to go purchase our own gas tank. Not exactly friendly to travel home with. Otherwise a nice stay overall. :)
The location was centrally close to everything, and the price was ok. We had a good time, but we weren’t there much, just kind of a place to lay our heads at night. The Pac-Man machine was lots of fun, and the WiFi was strong. The TV’s were all “smart” so we were able to get onto all our accounts. The jacuzzi was just ok. None of the jets worked. So, it was just hot. Also, the air hockey / ping pong table was missing both the air hockey “hitter thingies” and ping pong balls, so that was a bust. The place overall could use a nice upgrade, but I guess that’s the idea of a cabin in the middle of nowhere right? The “cleaning fees” were annoying, because the place could have been cleaner. There was an overall musty smell to the place, and on the sofas.
Again, we didn’t spend much time here. We were out having fun all day and half the night. Overall it was a “good” experience, but we probably would not re-book for that price.

The cabin did the trick for our family. Conveniently located between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg which is very helpful for seeing attractions but yet secluded enough you weren’t by people all the time. While the cabin was clean, it wasn’t a very thorough clean. There were crumbs on table & bathroom cleanliness was a little sketchy. Other things like not all the jets worked in hot tub, not all decorative lights worked, ping pong table net was broke. Overall very minor & wouldn’t keep us from staying there again. Compared to other cabins the price was on the lower end which was important to us. Naturally spending more money next time, we would find a nicer place. The kids did catch a couple fish in the pond closest to the cabin. Owner was responsive, as I’m sure she will be to this post too. She’ll reply & say we didn’t message her right away when we noticed things which is true. When on vacation, the last thing I want to do is be on the phone. We simply wanted her to know what we found/saw. We have a cabin in northern Wisconsin so we can relate to making sure things are clean & in working order. I also work as a firefighter so I’m not not a snobby person & just wanted to share our thoughts. Overall it was a very basic cabin & our family enjoyed it. Great trip to a great area!
Enjoyed our stay! Host was responsive and met all our needs. Arcade game and air hockey were great for the kids!! Hot tub was a nice end to a long day of walking and sightseeing. All appliances and amenities worked as they should. Would stay again!
The location was great, the hot tub and gaming machines worked. The reason for the lower rating was the moisture issues with the cabin. I'm guessing this is a recent development based on past ratings, but there is currently a major issue with moisture. Everything in the cabin felt wet and there was a musty odor. We didn't even want to sit on the couch. Our clothes in our bags even felt wet when we got home. They have carbon odor eliminating bags around everywhere trying to help the musty smell. I'm guessing there is an issue in the craw space that is causing the problem. I don't think there is any mold issues yet, because my sinuses did not plug up like they normally do around mold. If the moisture issue would get corrected (maybe a dehumidified in the craw space?), the place would be good. The only other item is that a bear must have got into the outside cabinet before we arrived and smashed the trash can and scattered trash in the yard. The cabinet was locked back up, but whoever cleans, did not pick up the trash.
The place was really nice and clean. Plenty of space for my brother and I. The hot tub in particular was nice as I used it almost every night. The only issue is I had no phone and mobile data service while on property. They worked fine around the city area, but with the Wi-Fi working in the cabin everything worked out okay. Would definitely return to.
We enjoyed our stay very much! The cabin was kid friendly and our little ones enjoyed the arcade games and air hockey table. With our little ones, it was also lovely to have access to the washer and dryer. There are many bears in the area and they were seen around the cabin often during our stay. The hot tub was an added bonus which made relaxing at the cabin enjoyable. The location was excellent. Short drives to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, the NP visitor's center and Gatlinburg. We are already planning to come back and would stay here again without any hesitations. The host was great at responding quickly to messages.
The property was amazing. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We had a wonderful time. The owner was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!
Ten minutes from Pigeon Forge but has the feel of a cabin in the woods. The cabin is very spacious. The hot tub and electronic games were very enjoyable.
The stay at the cabin was amazing! My wife and I were on our honeymoon for 5 nights and it was the perfect stay. Everything was clean, there was so many activities to do in the cabin, and we loved the jacuzzi. Truly a great experience!
The cabin was perfect for us (3 adults and a 12 year old). Very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, air hockey, and a few of the other board games. Plenty of linens.
When booking the cabin I didn't have high expectations due to the pictures on Vrbo. I do have to say I was blown away with how beautiful the cabin was once we arrived. The pictures shown on Vrbo doesn't do the cabin any justice. The cabin was clean, decorated so nicely for Christmas, my favorite Pac-Man game, clean clean hot tub, it just felt homey. Spending Christmas at Lesia cabin was the best Christmas my daughter and I have had in a very long time. Lesia (owner) was so kind and helpful throughout our stay, she was patient with me and guided me on how to operate the gas fireplace. I never lit a gas fireplace before, she and her husband walked me through the process via video call. Nicest people you'll ever meet. I will definitely be back.
This was an amazing cabin tucked back in the mountains and was perfect for our getaway. Highly recommend!!
