Ocean Walk- 335 Ocean Drive is the building once known The Somerset Hotel.
Welcome to our legally licensed 410 sq. ft. cozy fully furnished and equipped condo apartment. The condo is located in the prestigious South of Fifth (SoFi) neighbourhood. Our building is literally a skip and hop to the Ocean where you could enjoy 2 complimentary lounge chairs and umbrella at no extra cost to our guests . The property is 2 blocks from restaurants along the Ocean Drive Strip where the Famous Scarface movie was filmed. The property features a private resident pool which faces the ocean for your enjoyment and relaxation. All you need is your sunscreen and the beach towel provided.

Although some owners live in their apartments full time, the building caters to short term vacation renters and there is potential for more than noise than usual during spring break March-April. Please let us know of any noise issues that may arise during your stay.
PARKING:
Due to our prime location, a car is not recommended. If a vehicle is a must, we recommend downloading the apps, SpotHero, ParkMe or Miami Beach Parking which will show you available parking and rates for lots and garages, including real-time occupancy info for certain facilities. There are metered parking spaces across the street. In addition you will find a parking lot between 4th- 5th st (pricing varies depending on season) Read fine print and don't be shy to negotiate. Finally there is a 24/7 public parking located at 270 7th st with max daily rate of $20. Note that garages do not allow in and out.
You may also consider the free citywide Trolley ( A/C and Wifi) that operates 15 hours a day from 8 Am to 11 pm 7 days a week at approx. 20 min average service frequency along each route. Download the app for real-time hours and map.
SMOKING
There is absolutely no smoking in the apt or in the building. A $250.00 fine will be applied for non compliance. In addition, please note that effective January 1, 2023, citing health and environmental benefits, the City of Miami Beach Commission voted to ban cigarette smoking and other tobacco products on the city's public beaches and public parks. The ordinance carries a $100 fine or up to 60 days in jail for the first violation within a 12 mont period.
Marjory Stoneman Douglas Ocean Beach Park and Lummus Park is a short walk away. In the other direction continue to busy Española Way for more outdoor restaurants. More food and great shopping is world famous Lincoln Road. (Apple Store, Zara, Gap, H&M, and many more interesting boutiques)
