The Fountain Condominium is an elegant property located on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of world famous South Beach. The unit is spacious, beautifully decorated and conveniently equipped with both dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit. Both the street and the neighbors are extremely quiet. I saved the best for last the host is totally committed to the satisfaction of all their vacation rental guests like me.

Lola was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. She was very attentive, responsive, kind, and it was highly appreciated! The property is great and the kitchen and laundry machines were awesome amenities to have. My boyfriend and I had a great stay!

Great place located in a great area!! Check in was very smooth and easy. Nice place to stay for a week and appreciate having all the amenities needed. My only complaint is that the floors really didn’t seem clean. The corners of each room had debris and small trash items. Thanks for the great stay!!! We will be back.

We found the host to be kind, responsive, and helpful. The apartment is wonderfully situated in South Beach, a short walk to the beach and to top-notch restaurants. The unit has a splendid full-function kitchen, and was wonderfully clean and nicely supplied. We would gladly stay again.

The Fountain Hotel - great location in South Beach. Super clean, well equipped studio for two. Lola was super helpful & easy to communicate with. Strong, fast WIFI. Parking permit secured with Lola was super easy. 5-10 minutes from the Ocean Blvd & the energy of South Beach. 20 minute walk to Publix market. CVS & Walgreens - both 10 minutes tops on foot. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect getaway with great location

Perfect location! A couple of blocks to the ocean, a couple of blocks to Ocean Drive, and most important a couple of blocks from the noise and excitement.

Great mom and daughters weekend

My daughters and I had a great stay here during our long weekend in South Beach. Getting into the property was super easy. We could walk to beach, stores, restaurants, etc very easily. The pool was nice after a day in the sun. We would definitely come back!

This studio apartment was in a great location, was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very quiet. Lola was a great host and always very responsive. If you are traveling solo or with a romantic partner this place is perfect for you.

Relaxing stay

We stayed a couple days in Miami Beach after returning from a cruise. So relaxing and I was able to get our laundry caught up. Perfect location from many restaurants and easy walk to the beach. Very nice to let us check in early because of the timing we were let off from our cruise ship and it was raining that day. Definitely would stay here again!

Quiet Location near Everything

We loved the location of this rental. Very close to everything fun in Miami but still situated in a quiet neighborhood. Lola was accommodating to our needs and always responded back to our questions promptly. Be aware that you can hear people's movements from upstairs

Great location and studio… all within walking distance or access to the city’s trolley system… studio was comfortable and clean + quiet area. Special mention of Lola who was accessible, caring and provided good guidance.

The condo is 3 blocks from the beach and located in the upscale south Miami Beach area but also a block and a half away from 5th and Washington which is the south end of the central business district area of Miami Beach, the downtown area. So the location accesses two great areas of Miami Beach with a near by stop number to board the Miami Beach Trolley which gets you around all of Miami Beach free. This is a studio condo well furnished and included are amenities like a kitchen, WiFi, TV, a comfortable bed, a futon, a wash machine and dryer and beach chairs and towels. I would would rent this unit again.

Nice cozy property close to everything but still very quiet

Loved the property. Cozy and perfect for the two of us. Not the property owner’s fault, but she would send a message through Vrbo but I wouldn’t see it till some 20 minutes later. Only wished it would have had some hotel type soap, shampoo.
