As noted in our listing, the home does not have air conditioning, which is common for coastal properties in Carlsbad. We provide several large floor fans throughout the home and were happy to arrange a replacement when you reported an issue with one of the fans. We would also like to clarify the situation regarding the damaged items. Following your departure, our cleaning team discovered a broken lamp and trash can. We simply reached out to ask whether you knew what might have happened. This was an inquiry, not an accusation, and we regret that it was interpreted otherwise. We take great pride in caring for our home and providing an excellent experience for our guests, as reflected in our reviews over the past eight years. We're pleased that you otherwise enjoyed your stay in Carlsbad.
