The Point is located on Deer Creek near Rocky Point Marina in Cannelton, Indiana. The property is several miles away from our other cabins located in Derby, Indiana. The rental is built on piers and overlooks Deer Creek. It has two bedrooms with queen beds. You can enjoy fishing on the covered dock or just relax sitting by a campfire. The Point does have two covered boat slips and is minutes to the Ohio River by water. The hot tub is located on a covered patio area. Hot tub is cleaned between stays and will require time to reheat.

We stayed in this cabin in mid September and enjoyed it very much. Beautiful views, good fishing, we caught enough to have a fish fry, yum! My daughter an I explored the local thrift shop and a few shops, The beds were quite comfortable, the living room seating was tight for 4 but we spent the majority of our time enjoying the outdoors. Our host answered all my questions and was readily available, we will definitely stay again!!

We had an amazing weekend! We are breakfast on the deck every morning looking out over the water and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. It's peaceful and the weekend away we needed.

Fantastic cabin

This cabin on the water is a perfect get away. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view, and if you have kayaks or stand up paddle boards you have easy water access.

It was a lovely quiet anniversary weekend get away. My daughter had fun on the paddle boat and hanging about the lake. The town of Tell was super interesting to walk around and pour haus had some great food and service. The little bakery was super yummy for breakfast.

Anniversary getaway

The place was amazing! The view of the lake was beautiful and there were so many birds to see. The town was also very nice with nice people and very affordable restaurants and coffee shops in town. We plan to come again hopefully this year or next year.

A little slice of Heaven!

We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. This is a great secluded cabin right on the water. Fishing was Amazing, Hot Tub, grilled steaks, and the views are beautiful.

It was a very relaxing weekend. My only suggestions. don't leave the outside light on. We got there after dark , and the bugs were awful. 2 you need a grill brush. My wife is disabled , and loved being able to sit outside , and watch the wildlife. Thanks.

Beautiful location

We loved this little cabin. The inside is sparsely decorated, but the view is perfect. The location was so beautiful & peaceful. Sitting on the deck watching the water was our favorite part. The hot tub was nice. We would definitely go back again.

Great weekend getaway

Fell in love with Cannelton and Tell City IN, as there is so much history and welcoming locals. The cabin is small but has everything you need for a great stay. The Point is secluded at the end of the road and has a great deck and views! We'll be back some day!
