Lake Side Cottage with Two Bed Rooms on Private Pond at Country Charm B&B

Beautiful and fully furnished house. This accommodation is located about 5 miles north of Interstate 10, just north of Breaux Bridge. The rental has a full living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, jacuzzi bath tub, and front porch over looking a private pond. The kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer for extended stays. Next door to the house is a outdoor pavilion for barbecuing, watching TV, or enjoying the outdoors. The pond allows you to take a boat ride or fish.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the property is beautiful! The live oaks are gorgeous. We had everything we needed in the house and more. There were historical books to read about Louisiana and picture of the original cabin. The host lives on the property and was very friendly.

We had such a wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful blue cottage in Breaux Bridge. Nestled by a peaceful four-acre lake and surrounded by stunning live oak trees draped in Spanish moss, it truly felt like a little escape from everything. The setting is so serene, with chickens, ducks, a sweet dog, a friendly cat, and even a turkey adding to the charm. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen and the overall calm, restful atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

This cute little cottage is a quiet oasis. The owner was great. We used the outdoor kitchen our last night, and it was as well stocked as the house. Will definitely go back.

We enjoyed ourselves so much! The host ( Eric ), and his family welcomed us like family..It was so beautiful. Many things to do on property. We enjoyed fishing and had a cookout with friends. The out door pavilion and kitchen was so helpful with our cookout. Would recommend to anyone..

My son lives only 5 minutes away so it was a perfect. Our family enjoyed the outside space the very best. This property comes with a shared outside kitchen, which we ended up having to ourselves. It was an absolutely wonderful day.

Very Relaxing

When you pass through the gate at the property entrance you should feel your stress leave your body and your blood pressure lowering.The property is filled with big, old live oak trees that have limbs near or touching the ground. When you enter the cottage you enter a relaxing, calming comfortable area. The cottage has everything you need to have a relaxing stay. The area around the cottage invites you to get a cup of coffee and sit outside The owner is very helpful and responds quickly.

New Years weekend trip to Breaux Bridge, LA

Eric and his family were great host for the weekend. This is the first time we've stayed at this property and it defiantly won't be the last. The photos listed are a true representation of the property. We were all impressed the minute we pulled into the drive. The outdoor kitchen and firepit were a major plus. With a cart and axe provided by the owner we were able to find all the firewood needed for our 3-night stay. Quaint country charm with everything you need for a get away. We will be back!

Cajun Getaway

The cabin is cute, comfortable and well furnished. All cooking needs were provided. Eric went above and beyond and got some fresh eggs for us from a neighbor. We enjoyed the pond with ducks and turtles. It was also fun to see the family’s new puppy. The owner and his family are very nice and friendly. Having the owner live right next door ensures easy communication. There are quite a few vacation rentals around the pond so be aware it is not a secluded location.
