Nineteenth Century Cajun Home with Great Charm and Modern Amenities!
Circa 1890, This Historic home has lots of unique antique character with modern style that you will not see anywhere else!! Consists of 12 foot ceilings and all original wood floors. House is fully furnished including king size bed, sofa sleeper, oversized chair with twin sleeper, 6 burner Wolf range with all the cookware you could ever need. The master bath has a large brick walk in shower. The original mill work, hardware and painted walls from 1890 have been preserved! The front porch has 2 rockers or you can relax on the large covered cypress deck with charcoal pit at the rear of the home that opens onto a brick laid patio. Located in very quiet, peaceful area right outside of Lafayette City Limits but close to everything. Amazing place for Cajun Country visitors or anyone just looking for a getaway!

What makes this property unique
The home is a perfect twist of historic structure with modern fixings. It's carefully decorated with unique pieces that connect to the Louisiana Cajun culture. It was used for the filming of the GMC Sierra commercial in 2016!
