New construction of a studio that can accommodate one to two people (possibility of cot under 2 years).
Everything has been done with new equipment, for your comfort (kitchen, bedding, bathroom)
Balcony with a small table and two chairs. The cottage also has a garden on the ground floor where you can enjoy the barbecue.
Parking is easy and free, right in front of the gîte.
Access by highway, train station or bus is very simple. You are next to the IUT, the hospital and the city center (on foot)

Todo muy bien, es como se ve en las fotos, muy bien situado, cerca del centro andando, cerca de un hipermercado y de restaurantes, la atención perfecta. Lo recomiendo
