Please check out the pictures of our rooftop Palapa, filled with amazing ways to entertain and relax. This rooftop is shared with only the 1st and 2nd floors.

We have 3 condos at Paradise Beach, please visit all before making your selection. Our beach house offers an amazing rooftop party palapa, with everything you need to have a great time: Hammocks, swinging bar stools, a swinging day bed, fire table/dining room table.

Located near beautiful Chankanaab Park on the West Shore of the Island and just 10 minutes from the Town of San Miguel are CASA Vista del Mar and Casa del Faro in the condominium complex called 'COZUMEL PARADISE'. See our other listings at VRBO #73642 & #4119701 Each Condo can have up to six guests, or host a 'party for 12' by booking the ENTIRE BUILDING!

This is one of the most special units in the complex, it is located directly on the waterfront and no other buildings or obstructions block your prime view of the Ocean. It is less than 150 feet from the water's edge! Each unit has a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout that also includes a fully equipped kitchen, and living area, with Bose sound system, Netflix, and WiFi. The patio has a table and chairs overlooking the freshwater pool.

Spectacular views and beautiful sunsets from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony. Panoramas from the private rooftop are unbelievable. Bring a good book and relax or bring your binoculars and watch the dive boats and cruise ships glide by.

The direct beachfront has some of the best snorkeling in Cozumel. Our fish are very friendly and used to being fed, so they come right up to you! Scuba diving can be arranged through Scuba Shack and they will pick you up at our beach!

We offer Maid service three times a week and a washer & dryer is supplied for your use. A private cook, babysitter, and many activities are available at an additional charge through our local representative.

A $500.00 deposit will secure your dates immediately. This deposit is refundable at the conclusion of your trip. Once your dates are decided, I recommend you immediately secure your dates as these Beach Villas are in high demand!

Please make your payment directly through VRBO. Final payment must be made at least 30 days before arrival. An e-mail will be sent confirming your dates and the deposit received.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day of diving. You can even snorkel right outside the property.Inside, it’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. We also appreciated the little touches like filtered water, beach towels, and a grill. The whole place felt peaceful and private, yet it was just a quick cab ride into town (and we could always find a taxi easily).Check-in and check-out were simple and smooth, and everything went perfectly. We came to Cozumel to scuba dive, and staying here made our vacation even more lovely. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay again!

Clean, peaceful, ocean-view, pool, pristine beach, minutes to the marina and out-of-the-fray of downtown, lounge patio, safe & easy parking….this is our trusted recipe for a great dive trip. Once I discovered Paradise Beach Condos it’s hard to convince me of otherwise on a Cozumel dive trip.

The condo is in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the regular housekeeping service a lot and were able to work with the property manager if we needed a later cleaning on a particular day. Having a full size washer/dryer was also a big plus, as we could pack less and do frequent small loads. The pool and beach were very nice for relaxing and playing for the kids; however, the mosquitoes were really bad, so bring bug spray. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, but small, so don't expect to cook a feast. But that wasn't an issue because Cozumel has an excellent restaurant scene and we ate incredible meals every day of our stay. Only other downside was a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors, but that balances out with zero road noise. Overall a great stay and will consider returning when we come back to the island!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Quiet, clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds and had filtered water which is amazing. Access to pool and beach was a plus. Ground keeper took so much pride in his job every day (was there at 7am promptly making it look beautiful). Thank you Hippy Bob and Damian. We hope to be back next year. Diving was phenomenal.

The location was excellent, quiet and out of town but not far, easy drive into town for dinner and shopping. The condo itself was perfect! Fully stocked with towels, coffee, even shampoo and limited toiletries. Water view from the porch and right next to the pool. Parking lot was also very convenient. We will definitely stay again!

Condo is in a great location with dining, entertainment And shopping walking distance. Family vacation this year so the pool was very much enjoyed by the grandchildren. This was our 7th or 8th stay here at Paradise.

Great Family Stay

We had a wonderful time at Pradise Condos. A pool, right next to the ocean, steps from your front door. Pretty hard to beat! The location was close enough to the city to get there quickly, but far enough to get a feel for the island. Damian’s travel guide and food recommendations were excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

This was our first trip to Cozumel. The condo and location did not disappoint. We’ll be coming back, because we met a lot of friendly people. My husband used the next-door dive shop and was extremely happy with the personnel.

Perfect Stay!

This place has everything you need. The location cannot be beat!! We really loved how easy it was to access the water. Beach clubs on each side were nice for when we didn’t want to cook a meal. There were plenty of water toys and gear and towels. The rooftop was spectacular and we really enjoyed watching a passing storm up there. Kitchens are TINY but had what we needed. Would not hesitate to book again.

Awesome location for your Ironman Stay!

What an outstanding property you have! The location is about a quarter mile from Chankanaab Park. It was incredible to walk out the door and snorkle, dive, kayak, etc! The three bedroom unit was spacious and very clean. It was great to have the option of cooking for ourselves or sampling one of the local restaurants. We would definately reccomend the unit and especially the condo complex!

Oustanding Beachfront Property with Awesome Views

Bob does a wonderful job of providing a great venue for an excellent beachfront vacation. We had six adults and the unit was more than comfortable for all of us. The condo location had views of the Caribbean that can't be beat and the condo is clean and very well apportioned. The location is private, yet within walking distance of several places to eat and drink and just a short drive or taxi ride into town. If Cozumel is your destination, then Hippie Bob's beachfront condo is where you want to stay.

Fantastic Dive Vacation

We had a fantastic vacation and the condominium was perfect for the 6 of us. We swam at the pool and beach just feet from the door. We Scuba dove with Roberta's (as recommended. They picked us up and dropped us off at the dock to the left of the beach. We could watch the boat approach from the front room! We cooked most meals at the condo. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed.We really appreciated the 5 gallon water dispenser too. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The washer and dryer were appreciated too. What can I say... it felt like home while we were there.

Great place, Amazing atmosphere!

I would give this place 5 stars across the board if it wasnt for rock hard beds. If you need something for your hips to sink into then this is not the place. Im currently hobbling around waiting to get into the chiropractor to recover from the beds. Outside of that the place is absolutely great! Management was very responsive when we asked questions. Very pleased overall, sole disappointment is the mattress/cement slabs.

Bob's place is exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities of home... New Yorkers can be somewhat tough to please... But I left totally satisfied and wanting to come back soon... I spent seven wonderful days here... My typical day would start in the morning with my coffee next to the pool, or if I was truly energetic at sunrise, I would walk the additional 25 feet to the ocean and prop my beach chair right next to shore... around lunchtime I'd walk five minutes down the beach to a small restaurant and have some wonderful mexican food and wonderful margeritas... In the evenings it was into San Miguel which is quaint, unassuming, and full of great restaurants... The snorkeling right off the beach was fantastic... and a dive boat stops right next door if you want to go out deep for diving or snorkeling on the reefs... which in Cozumel are some of the best in the world... Wonderful....

Wonderful Mexican Ocean front fun

We just got back from Hippie Bob's condo and it was wonderful. Bob does a great job making sure your vacation experience is perfect. From the time we arrived, fresh flowers on the table and cold Mexican beer welcomed us to the condo. We were down in Cozumel with our two little kids and grandmother and it worked for all of us. The walkout location right to the pool was perfect for spending time playing in the pool and sun. The beach was just steps away and we took many swims in the ocean. Snorkeling off the shore was really good, we saw octopus, eels, and lots of fish. Some of the best beach snorkeling I've seen anywhere. The location of the condo is just south of the town and an easy trip in to get supplies. Just down the road was the Money Bar where we had fun watching sunsets, eating and doing a little dancing to the live bands. We did a few scuba dives and enjoyed the boat pickup from the beach with great service. All in all a wonderful time in Cozumel with the family. I would really recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing trip with kids.

This place is a don't miss! From the moment we arrived, Jordan provided a quick tour of the condo, explained everything and was available if needed...which he wasn't. This is the closest to the water we have ever been and the sea life directly in front of the condo rivaled what we saw out on the reef snorkeling. We also stayed in the upstairs 3 bedroom unit. The condo was spacious and cooled very quickly with ac plus fans in every room. Waking up and laying on the deck hammock was awesome. The icing on the cake was having cleaning service 3 times during our week stay and doing all the towels using the washer/dryer right in the condo. Snorkeling equipment was available in the condo even though we did bring our own. The condo has plenty of off street parking and a friendly staff constantly maintaining the grounds! We felt very safe at all times! I was initially put off before arriving at not flushing toilet paper, please don't be, it was never a problem we took it out daily and surprisingly it never smelled a bit. Paper products (TP/paper towels/and kitchen trash bags) were provided along with cleaning supplies. We had an unforgettable time and the condo was truly fabulous! Couple things you may want to note: we rented a car for the week, two full groceries stores were within a ten minute drive. The rental car was so inexpensive and the roads very easy to negotiate. We enjoyed cooking in most days to enjoy the pool and sunsets. I would recommend purchasing disposable cups and plates as there is no dishwasher. Thanks Bob and Diana, we can't wait to return to your slice of heaven!
