The location of the residence, its proximity to the sea, the many facilities at your disposal, will make you feel at home!

-We ask you to BRING your household linen (towels, sheet and duvet cover 140x190); A laundromat is nearby if necessary; OPTIONAL supply of household linen (specify it at least 15 days in advance)

-The cleaning at the end of the stay is your responsibility and will be controlled by a third party after your departure. It is up to you to make the accommodation PERFECTLY CLEAN (garbage bag and products provided) and everything must be stored in the original locations, failing which we will systematically take 60 euros from the DEPOSIT

Some basic products are also available to you:
household products, toilet paper, soap and shampoo, trash bags, sponges, salt and pepper, spices, sugar, olive oil and vinegar, coffee and filter, different varieties of tea and herbal tea, pasta, rice, mayo sauces, ketchup, BBQ ...

-The floor has been redone, please do not walk in the studio with your shoes on.

-If you notice an anomaly during your entry on site (cleanliness, dysfunction, incomplete inventory ...), please notify us on the day of your arrival (by phone and by sending one or photos), otherwise the good will be considered to have been given clean and in perfect working order

Attention the BZ is new, and has a draw sheet; you must put sheets for hygiene reasons. In case of stain on the mattress, the entire deposit will be retained

The accommodation is non-smoking but you can smoke on the terrace. In the event of a cigarette burn inside the accommodation, the full deposit will be due.
