Nous sommes navrés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant la remise des clés, nous avons dû trouver une solution exceptionnelle et vous les faire porter directement sur place par notre prestataire d’entretien, suite à vos difficultés de batterie de téléphone et de carburant, ce qui a pu compliquer la communication. Nous regrettons que cela ait pu impacter votre séjour.
