About this property

This is a nice 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family friendly house with a big lawn. We are 2 miles from the Kenai River, 5 minutes from the middle of Soldotna, and 10 minutes from Kenai in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from the Tsalteshi Trails, which offer miles of walking, hiking, and cross-country skiing. There is a fire pit, tree house, and swing set on the property as well. The 3 bedrooms are very similar in size with the upstairs and downstairs about the same layout with nice living areas in each. The downstairs has a small climbing wall too!
