45m² apartment located on the 2nd floor out of 2, in a quiet residence with an interior courtyard. Fully equipped for 4 people. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a convertible sofa for 2 people. A large shower of 120cm, a full kitchen (electric oven, microwave, senseo coffee maker, extractor hood, gas cooker, induction hob, fridge, and drying washing machine. The living room is equipped with a large 100cm tv with fiber wifi internet , and separate wc.
Secured entry by digital code in the condominium.
possibility to hire a supplement of bicycle 10 € / day / bike for a nice city walk
Great flat on the second floor. availlable for 4 guest with 1 bedroom with a big bed (2 pax) and a second one with a sofa.
bathroom with a big shower, the kitchen got every thing yuou need to get a great time here, (hoven, micro wave, coffee maker, fridge, washing and drying machine.
The living room got a big screen with internet tv around 200 channel. Wifi is availlable and free
i will be happy to meet you in my place, and I'll do the best for you to get a great time in grenoble.

Catástrofe !!!
Por una parte la comunicación a sido muy difícil con el anfitrión que me tuvo esperando más de 1 hora en la calle sabiendo que llegaba a esa hora y enviándole mensajes desde las 8 de la mañana , mensajes que por supuesto nunca respondió , no me facilito su teléfono para que la comunicación fuese más fluida ,
La cosa no termina hay , y es que quería venir al apartamento a hacer una reparación de ventanas estando nosotros de vacaciones y descansado en la casa ....
El piso estaba muy sucio y las sábanas y toallas las dejo dentro de la lavadora !
No recomiendo esta estancia para nada en absoluto
A la hora de marcharme hemos tenido el mismo problema. Nada de comunicación por su parte y’a que queríamos salir antes de tiempo ! NO RESPONDE LOS MENSAJES NI EMAIL .
D'une communication à la main a été très difficile avec l'hôte qui l'attendait pour moi plus de 1 heure dans la rue en sachant que sont arrivés à ce moment-là et l'envoi de messages de messages de 8 h qu'évidemment n'a jamais répondu, ne m'a pas donné son téléphone pour communiquer de manière plus fluide, il ne se termine pas là, et je voulais venir à l'appartement pour faire une fenêtre de réparation alors que nous étions en vacances et reposés à la maison .... le sol était sale et les draps et serviettes laissés dans la machine à laver! Je ne recommande pas ce séjour pour rien du tout quand je suis parti, nous avons eu le même problème. Aucune communication pour son parti voulait quitter Y'a tôt! NE PAS RÉPONDRE OU PAR EMAIL MESSAGES

The Apartment
Quiet and comfortable and within walking distance of just about everywhere in the old city. Marc was very attentive to our needs. The only thing missing was a fan to circulate the air.
